No response which means the owner doesn't care. I see limited people or No people in this place everytime I pass by the place.

I just wanted to give an update to the review I posted a few years ago, and provide tips for other…read morecustomers in the area. I highly recommend people to get donuts and coffee from Frappe Joe's rather than Dunkin or Starbucks down the road. First of all, the baked goods are made fresh daily at Joe's rather than shipped in from a factory. You can taste the difference. Second, I've had way more positive customer service experiences at Joe's than the other two places combined. Third, they also have salads, wraps, and pitas. Try the falafel. When I ordered it, I got it in a wrap with greens, cucumbers, and tahini. I thought it great. The falafel had good spices and a crispy outside. It looked small, but I found it to be very filling. And it wasn't sloppy. I hate when you're eating a wrap and it disintegrates through your fingers. This held up well, even when I started eating it 15 mins later, so whoever crafted it knew what they were doing. I also think the price was good for what I got in return. The coffee is still great too. I wish more people would consider the quality and care that small businesses put into everything they do in order to compete with the corporate coffee shops. If they did, they'd realize how much better it all is at Frappe Joe's. And don't forget to tip, folks, since the customer service deserves it.

The bakery was super clean, all the desserts looked fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. Most of all, I loved the customer service! Since it was my first time, I had a few questions, including whether they had a menu. The gentleman assisting me was so pleasant and explained that because they have so many new pastries, it can be difficult to keep one menu completely up to date. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made a great first impression. I also noticed they have summer hours starting at 6 AM, so if you're an early bird looking for breakfast before your commute or part of your morning routine, definitely check them out! They have so many different options, including sandwiches. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more!

What a lovely local bakery/ cafe/coffee shop…read more Bakery items ranged from donuts to Italian cookies to cakes, bread, and more. I wanted to bring some goodies home to my hubby so I selected some hot cross buns, linzer tart cookie, and a canoli. The latter was soggy and they exchanged it for a crisper option. My iced latte was tasty, wish they offered low fat milk though. Love their packaging of tying string around the boxes too. Street parking available. Support local businesses!

They took out the cheese dip. Quality of the food is no longer preserved. Service didn't do much justice. It took a while for our order. They were not friendly enough. The service was appreciated and friendly. Six donuts ($14) and a half mozzarella and half hot dog ($5.95) were ordered. Regarding the hot dog, it was different as it was all fried. There seemed to be a hint of sweetness to this as well. It was solid, great crispiness from the fried aspect. The six donuts I had were matcha, black sesame, brown sugar milk tea, churro, plain, and Oreo. The texture was very dense and all tasted similar to a donut one would see at an American Chinese buffet with a few differences depending on the flavor. The matcha had its distinct flavor profile, while the black sesame was unique with the sesame seeds providing a hint of salt. The brown sugar milk tea was not bad while the churro tasted exactly like the Chinese donut I mentioned. The plain was tasty while the Oreo had the chocolate factor to it. Will I go back? I would.
