I have not always had great service at our Tee Jaye's but today was the bomb!! Our server Merena was fabulous & the manager Mark was actually the cook. Our food was the best we've ever had! My mom had scrambled eggs, bacon & toast. My stepdad had a barnyard buster & pancakes. I had the Sunshine sandwich & hash browns. Everything was fast, accurate & soooooo good! read more

Two good things about TeeJayes? They're open 24 hours and they have food. When you're an inebriated college student in need of food in the middle of the night and you've got a [sober] friend to drive you, TeeJayes is the perfect place to go. I know. Because I've been here on numerous occasions with such friends. We'd finish off some jugs of Carlo Rossi, pile into someone's car, and head out here for heaping plates of food soaked in gravy. In fact, the one thing we "had" to get at some point was TeeJayes' Barnyard Buster: biscuits, eggs, and country fries, all covered in gravy. It didn't taste that great. But it did the job. Our waiter was very friendly and made us feel at home right away. The food was pretty good but what really gave us the 5 star experience was our waiter, an Asian women named Hermie. She was greta and didn't have us wait at all. Just had steak and eggs. Quite possibly the worst steak and eggs ive ever had. More like jerky and eggs. Asked me how i wanted it done. I said medium. So thin would be impossible to cook anyway but tough. Sad $10 for eggs and English muffin. Btw ham so salty says my friend thst he couldn't finishinh it. --- indeed i did. Not good. Not good at all. This off brand Bob Evans, is in the top 10 worst places that I have ever had dinner at. Now, the server was very polite and was quick and efficient. The food on the other hand, terrible. It was greasy, bland, and over all a terrible unappetizing dinner. I could not even finish my mashed potatoes and gravy. How a place messes up mashed potatoes and gravy, I will never understand. My friends fried chicken was soggy from sitting so long. I question their food expiration policy. My expectations were low, and even at that they weren't met. This place is at best, worth of two stars. Use caution should you ever decide to eat at a Tee Jayes. read more

Joined my sister and her husband for lunch. We all ordered the special which was stuffed peppers. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. We thought the peppers were too sweet tasting, but other than that everything was ok. read more

Hadn't eaten here in 13 years, now we remember why. I got the mushroom omelette, which had raw onions canned mushy mushrooms and processed cheese product inside. Omelette was slightly over cooked with brown all over it. Biscuits tasted strongly of flour like the gravy. Service was quick but was treated like we were an inconvenience. read more

The staff is friendly and food is reasonably priced. If your looking for a resturaunt that is open 24 hours that serves decent breakfast and home style type food, then this place can satisfy that. Every so often, you'll see some crazy things go on there in the later hours of the night but nothing to outragious. Food is served in a timly mannor and the waitresses are very nice. read more

We go for the daily special only to be told they are out. The final straw was when I was served a Ruben sandwich with green, foul smelling corned beef.
