Robert first came by to give an in person estimate. While he was here he answered all my questions honestly and confidence. He was able to pinpoint the reasons that my old deck had failed and gave me a detailed plan on his approach to the fix. They were able to complete the work quickly and the site was kept clean. The LVP connecting seems in this area have snapped and broken do to the installers not using self leveling or sanding down the sub floor transition.
