After an inspection, our insurance company required our condo complex (7 units in the South Bay) to have all our balconies serviced and waterproofed or they would drop our insurance. This is a reliable and high quality company. I needed to get some repairs and paint on my fiberglass deck and stairs and I needed it fast. Marvin told me they were not able to do it in my short time frame and gave me the name of an independent person who used to work for them and has since opened his own business. They did some work for us last year because our second story deck was leaking downstairs. First rain that came a month ago we noticed it was leaking again. We told them about it and it took a month for them to get here after we kept bugging them to take a look and countless "I'll get back to you" excuses. When they finally arrived they said the leak was caused by something else. If that's the case then why did you do the work that you did? The guy that came out didn't have an answer and told us the manager Marvin will get back to us. Needless to say, haven't heard from him. So to respond to your comment. The flashing is not something new. Why wasn't it addressed as the source of the leak when the repair on the door was done. Also- if I get another roofer out here and he tells me the leak is on the door will you refund my money? read more

We appreciate that they wore shoe coverings as they walked through the house (without us asking for it), and they were polite and let us know when they were coming and going for lunch or for the day. I contacted several companies, and AD&W had both the best price and the best warranty. There was a surprise rainstorm a day after the work was completed, and inside stayed dry.
