When we arrived, again we were treated very coldly. My fiancées mother asked again if everything was in the box that was given to us. Junior said it was. So imagine our shock when we got home to find we were not provided with the urn, but just the plastic box with our loved one's ashes!! I called and spoke with the administrative assistant and Junior and I was told "I was shocked to see you all come in to collect the remains of our loved one." I said you, (Junior) told us everything would be ready for pick up on Monday (the following week after the initial meeting). Also I was told that the urn we ordered should "be in any day." Horrible service. I've been to several/involved with funerals but never have been treated so coldly. I do not recommend this funeral company.

I made one call from hospice and they were there at the exact time I requested after her passing. Gave us time that we requested but yet they were prompt and professional. My mother-in-law met with Keenan before her passing and told us she knew that was where she wanted to be and she would be "cared for" there, unlike some other places she had talked to. Their prices are much less than anywhere else, but that does not mean they cut corners and are cheap in the way they do things. Nothing but the best here.
