Inside you can immediately see the tanks at the back, with a large bar to the left. Merchandise shop is at the front, with tables all around. The bartender was so friendly and welcoming. I talked to some brewers after their shift and they were just as friendly, albeit tired and ready to relax. Their beers are excellent, and I only wished I could've physically enjoyed more! I had the smoked beef brisket hash, because the special of the day they sold out. The smoked beef brisket hash was okay, I was expecting a smoked flavor, but didn't seem to have it. My wife had the soup & salad combo and she enjoyed the hardy soup with the flavor and the salad was a Caesar which was fresh and crispy and tasty. Our son in law enjoyed his tuna melt and Caesar salad very much and cleaned everything that was on his plate. Our daughter had the cheese fondue with bread chucks, but hardly touched it. We also shared the baked bread with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette which was very very good. Also we shared the vegetable platter with 2 different types of humus which also was very tasty and delicious. And we also shared the fried green tomatoes with a buffet type of sauce and it went really well. My hash was tepid but my friend's gravy had been sitting so long it became gummy. It had taken us so long to receive our food, we were hungry, and we were needing to get back on the road home that we didn't complain. Management should be utterly ashamed of themselves, particularly the GM (our group was full of food service folks including a fellow GM and they were all appalled). Never again. This place is not cheap and subpar doesn't even begin to describe the complete and total lack of food quality and service one receives. I don't usually like to leave reviews like this but this was maybe the worst breakfast I've ever had. Save your money and time and avoid.
