We came here once before years ago and I remember it being packed then too even though I'm sure it was later in the day. The line moved quickly and they gave you a number after so that you don't have to stand waiting by the counter. They bring your drinks and items out to you while you find a place to sit and wait. I had never seen that before and I really appreciated it. Their menu has upgraded since the last time I came, it's now on two large TV screens that help you read before it's your turn at the counter. They also have a sandwich board with seasonal drinks for those that are looking for something sweeter or with different flavors. I had the Banana Cabana which was my first banana coffee drink ever during this time where they seem to be popping up everywhere. My immediate reaction was that the banana flavoring is not for me. It was still drinkable though, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I don't fault them at all, it was an experimental choice on my part.
