I asked for all the hides be saved and I never got any back. I requested roasts be cut and never received any. The packaging was all over the board. Weights were not indicated on the packages and varied from 7 oz to 2 lbs 15 oz. when I weighed them myself at home. The meat was also not frozen; several packages were bloody and smelled foul...I had to throw away many pounds. I spend a lot of time and money hunting each year, the last thing I want is for a butcher to ruin the meat. I will not be bringing any more deer to this processor. Obvious language barrier with owner. And according to my brother in law...his sausage isn't anything to write home about either.

I eventually decided on just having him grind 30 lbs of the meat and give me 50 lbs of meat to bring to someone else so i can have them make what i want. (-25 for cape taking the head for a mount) I will update as soon as i get the rest back in three weeks or so.
