We (husband, myself, two kids) have been coming to T&C for just over a year now, and it quickly became our don't-want-to-cook go-to restaurant. The prices are right, the food is excellent, and the staff is phenomenal. Rarely anymore do you find a place that remembers your name, let alone takes the time to get to know you. The wait staff is wonderful, kind, and attentive. Food: At this point we've had most everything on the menu, ha! We recommend highly: Fried pickles, WINGS (omg), Jalepeno Bacon dip, Carnivore pizza, italian sub, burger, and quesadilla. You really can't go wrong with any of those. Drinks: Great pours, good selection, knowledgeable bartender. Trivia nights on Wednesdays- great for a good time with adults, probably not the best choice if just going for dinner as it takes longer to get served with a HUGE amount of people there (every table certainly full and crowded). Two years ago we had the privilege of being told of Time and Change and we absolutely love it there. The bar food is fantastic....love the variety of wing sauces offered, the pizza, the steak fries, the Italian subs, the atmosphere....this is just to name some of what is offered! But to top the experience off for us IS the crew that works there. Matt (the owner), Ron and Steve (bartenders) and Leah (and the rest of the Girls) are always fun......they know us. They greet us. Always personable. Ron and Steve always greet us with our drink in hand.....ready as soon as we walk in. They have taken the time to get to know us. We are there at least twice a week. We've told so many friends who love it as we'll.....even our sons and our daughter-in-laws love the food.....and meet us there often. If you want GREAT food.....GREAT pours on your beverages......and a FUN atmosphere....this is the place! Come and see.....I'm sure we'll be there! read more

How has it taken me so long to find this gem?? Located in a heavy residential area, this is a close to home must stop! A Buckeye bar and grill comparable to any in the city with excellent pizza and a diverse pub style menu. The meatball sub is delicious and addicting! Beer and drink pricing is excellent and unlike other bars in the area, this is a place that is comfortable to go alone, as a couple, with friends, and even family!! So the excuse is it is a Monday night. Full bat,8 tables. One apparent waitress. Ordered wings 2 salads and fries. Took a good 40 mins to get our like warm old fries, and a salad with cold mushy croutons. The wings were the only thing hot. Beverages weren't refilled. Still waiting on bill 1.5 hours after arriving. I guess the wait staff must the the ones doing the cooking. Or well I mean walking into the cooler and pulling out a salad that was prepared yesterday. Time & Change is the friendly neighboorhood kind of place where you could stop in after work for a beer and then meet with your wife and friends for dinner later; you never get tired of it! The food is excellent, especially the wings and one their specialties, the Double Barrel Rueben. Drink specials every day and a weekday happy hour with $1.50 beers! FREE Popcorn too! There is a weird area behind the lottery machines that looks like it used to be solarium seating or some other groovy Seventies thing, but it now appears to be disused. The troubling: when residents of the complex are mostly home, parking can be had but it is a bit of a challenge as most parking spaces are full and people parallel park haphazardly all over the nearby street, I suppose because it is a private street and ticketing can't occur? In any case, this is a diamond in the rough. Come for the drinks and friendly staff, stay for the food and whatever game is on TV, and enjoy an out of the way spot that will amaze your drinking buddies. Hell, you can probably win a first round of drinks just by proving this place exists. And don't forget TouchTunes. With the cheap drink specials, sometime I spend more on ear than beer.
