First time here and definitely will go back! I ordered six chicken wings and side of onion rings. The wings were very meaty and tasty. The onion rings weren't sliced thick which was a disappointment to me. Hubby ordered a side salad which he really enjoyed and a Ruben. He thought the Ruben was a bit dry thinking only one slice of bread had dressing on it. Ambiance was nice with lots of low tables and TV's and The Simpson painted on a huge wall. So I wanted to wait a bit before I left this review because I was annoyed! So I seen this spot on TikTok and was intrigued so bae and I came by! Our waiter was pregnant and super nice and explained the menu and the layout of the bar!! I ordered deep fried pepperonis to try as an experience because I've never had that and I was curious. They have a doggie ice cream vending machine which is really cool and patio u can chill with your puppy dog on with and they have like game room where there are pool tables, darts etc things u will see in a bar! I walked in like aw a bar let's see what it's hitting for! I was excited to try the flaming hot Cheetos wings and the Grippo wings! So bae and I placed a very large order of wings! I asked if they will charge $1 per 6 wings for flats she said no they will charge just a $1 for the whole order of wings cool (or so we thought). Bae got 12 wings: 6 lemon pepper, and 6 flaming hot wings; I got 24 wings: 12 flaming hot, 6 grippo, and 6 something that starts with an F. Me and Babè tried the flaming hot Chito wings, and they were disgusting. It did not taste like the chip at all so we had them returned, which was a total of 16 wings. Yes, I know that is a lot but it was disgusting and I shouldn't have ordered 12 of the flaming hot for myself, but I could not allow myself to take something home that I wasn't going to eat Now the Grippo's and I do apologize but the other flavor of wings you can see in the picture. I ate a little bit of it, broke it down and took it home also on the menu there was a doggy burger. You can either choose a chicken patty or a beef burger I think so I decided to get my dogs a little little treat; the beef burgers they were five dollars apiece. So in the picture, you will see two containers that has some chopped up meat in it. That is what they are calling the doggy hamburger or chicken patty. There was barely any meat I could have went to McDonald's and bought 10 cheeseburgers and had more meat than what I received for $10 in these two containers I didn't even bother to give them to my dogs. I have big dogs I have mastiffs so I decided to give that meat to the geese that live in my neighborhood. I was so over it that I spent $10 on that and who said that I wanted the meat chopped up like I have over 100 pound dogs why would you give me ground beef versus a whole patty? Just my train thought if it's for a dog! So when it was time for us to check out, they had comped the deep fry pepperonis cause I didn't like them, and then the manager came to us and said that he will give us 50% off for the flaming hot wings so when I got my bill. I was a little taken back by the price. We were originally quoted that they were only gonna just charge us a dollar per all the wings but no, they still charge me a dollar per six wings so in total we ate a total of 16 wings out of 34/35 wings so we got three $1 dollar charges. Then I tipped $40 because I like the waitress she did do a really good job and the owner was nice But if I was already gonna pay 50% for the wings, I might have just kept the wings and just rinse them and did what I wanted to do with them in my own house for my bill to be $105 when I left No, the owner did have us try. His flavor of wings with the white barbecue sauce and it's another flavor of wings with it as well but they were nasty. We didn't like them. Will me and Babè come back of course we will probably come back and just purchase the lemon pepper and the grip of wings but I guess that's just part of learning a new place figuring out what it is that you do and don't like is the ambience something that I like no, I will probably just order for takeout. They do have over 26 different sauces that you can try and blend to make your own wings the way that you like them to be and then on certain days is Dollar wing night she did let me know, but I can't remember what day it was so I do apologize. Lots of outdoor seating which was nice but not the most comfortable. Friendly staff. The wings were a decent size and lots of dry rub and sauce options. Overall flavor was good. Got a BLT any the bacon was kinda overcooked and crumbly. I got a side salad with the BLT and it was great. It was packed full of mixed greens, had a ton of toppings and homemade ranch. My first time here and it was pretty nice. The servers were very friendly to me and giving me recommendation on what to try. Telling me about the deals of the day and what goes on during the week. I took one of their recommendations and got the garlic menace boneless wings and they were pretty good. Tuesday apparently is half on boneless day so that was a nice plus. I'm not a fan of when my wings are swimming in sauce at the bottom but the were tasty overall. I also got fries and I was excited they were fresh cut fries! As they should be at all restaurants. The bar itself could have used a touch up and some paint. But they place was pretty clean, and the TVs were amazing because I love watching the Olympics. Visiting Ohio and this place was close to our hotel. We appreciated that they had a late serving time. Started with a refreshing beer and ordered a nachos appetizer. We were really hungry and disappointed the appetizer came out with our order. The ultimate nachos come with beef chilli but I requested grilled chicken which was an Up charge. The nachos wre disappointing because they were not hot, the chips were flat, the cheese tasted like cheese Wiz, the jalapeños were also flat. The grilled chicken tasted fresh but were tiny pieces. I tried this place, close to work and has gone through many ownership changes over the past 25 years, on a day when i had a little extra time and wanted a relaxing meal. I was pleasantly surprised... solid bar food, fun atmosphere, and friendly attentive service. On walking in at noon on a Wednesday as the place was packed with a lively and diverse crowd but with a few open seats at the bar, where i staked my claim.Looking around it was clear lots of people were here for the wings. Turns out Wednesday wings are $1 each and they have a BOGO deal on the smash burger. Not in the mood for those so i opted for the grilled chicken sando with drunken (beer cheese) fries. It came on a grilled brioche bun with their garlic parm wing sauce which was excellent. Fries were hot and dark...not super crispy but not soggy. Beer cheese was . I would call the food typical bar fare but very well executed, with unique touches like their 20 or so homemade wing sauces. Stopped into shakers for the first time the other night and it was such a festive vibe. They decked out the place. The bar was super loud, so it was hard to hear people. I finally got to try the hot Cheeto wings, and I honestly thought the menu said it was a sauce and not a rub because they were very dry in my opinion, and I don't think my picture did that any justice. Potato skins are mid; nothing special. The Cajun dry rub was definitely flavorful. Onion rings were a good size and crispy. I prefer my previous weekday visit, which seemed more lively, and service was prompt over my last Sunday afternoon experience. Decided to try this place w/ my wife this evening. Place was busy, so we sat at the bar. We were basically ignored for a good 5+ minutes. Not even acknowledged by either bartender. One was shouting at a couple of patrons at the other end of the bar, and the other walked past us about 3 times. Finally came over and took our drink order. Food came out... no silverware or ketchup. My wife finally got up and got some silverware and ketchup from the server station. My wife had to ask for her side(onion rings) which didn't make it out with her wings. Food was ok. Burger was a bit overcooked and the bun was mashed and wouldn't even stay on the burger(lower half). Okay so I was skeptical going because I've seen reviews all over the place and I am so happy I went to check it out myself. I love a good ole sports bar and this place was great. Buzzing atmosphere, cool art on the walls, huge patio, arcade in the back (great for the kiddos and waiting area). Now the good stuff, we went with the pepperoni pizza, cheese curds, Hot Buffalo wings, Salt & Vinegar Wings, and Grippos wings (not breaded option). Cheese curds were typical but delicious. The pepperoni pizza had the classic cracker crust and was sooo good. For the wings, the hot Buffalo sauce was really good, loved the flavor but my favorite was the grippos dry rub. Their new location is a gem tucked away in a small plaza. There's plenty of parking, seats inside and out. It's lively and fun! We came for some drinks, but tried their wings and other foods, which were all pretty good. We got the Shapeshift and Grippos wings, pickle fries, and pretzel. The wings were made well and breaded well, they were consistently good. I would recommend the Grippos, it's a classic but I wasn't a huge fan of the Shapeshift flavor. It tastes like a bunch of pepper and lackluster spice and flavor, but the wing alone was good. The pretzel was soft, warm, chewy, and made very well. It came with a mustard and a cheese dipping sauce. The pickle fries were very good, crunchy, and crispy, came with ranch. This place is probably one of the only places that I know of that does a fry shape. They did forget to put in a few items from our orders a couple of times and we had to reorder and wait again, but it wasn't terrible. Staff was very friendly, nice, and accommodating! We sat out on their large patio for Power Hour this past Thursday (5-6pm 1$ drafts!) and enjoyed their service, food and great weather! First we order the cheese curds and giant pretzel. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were super sweet and attentive. They're known for their wings, so that's what I got. I ordered the half pound boneless wings with hot buffalo sauce and fries. My friend got their famous 24k golden sauce. I tried one of their wings and it was actually super good. I'm not usually a fan of golden bbq sauce. Came here on Wednesday for their wing special which is $1 bone in wings - dine in only. To start, we ordered their app special which were brisket nachos. They were pretty mid. They took awhile, around 20min, but our server let us know it was a new special and the kitchen were learning how to make them. When we got them, we felt they were missing something. They could've used guacamole, salsa, a drizzle of sauce. Instead we had to ask for more queso because there were a lot of chips that had absolutely nothing on them. Wings were cooked well done with my choice of white bbq sauce (WIN). The fries, hand cut and yes, they had malt vinegar (WIN). Margarita was a special flavor that included hot honey and a cinnamon sugar rim (WIN). They have high tables, low tables, a game room with tables, nice amount of seating around the bar, and a patio (WIN). I was there late afternoon on a Saturday, I had a seat at the bar. I interacted with three bartenders and a customer who introduced himself as a regular. Everyone was helpful, engaging and tentative. I felt like my drinks were made by someone who enjoys their job. The "Regular" gave me the lay of the land about the menu (he says the pork wings -rib but not a rib- are delicious), the 5-6PM power hour $1 specials, and the wing specials on Tuesday and Wednesday.
