I want to begin my review by saying that I didn't know that Northern Kentucky Auto Sales just deals with SALVAGE TITLE VEHICLE!!!! Buyers Beware!!! I certainly didn't think to ask my salesman and like most salesman he didn't offer that information... I will say of course by law they must have you sign a document stating that you're buying a salvaged title vehicle and that was the time to get up from the deal. I test drove the car and it seemed okay but I didn't test drive it enough. When I went on the expressway the car lost acceleration about 20 miles an hour and then in a minute I got an error message, warning symbol and a nice loud alarm telling me something was definitely wrong with my car. I drove it home and called the dealership and they said bring it out. Well the next morning the car was dead and wouldn't start. I had it towed to their Florence service center. A friend said ask them for a loaner car and when we went to pick it up one of their mechanics was working on my car and said it was fixed. So we took it for a test drive and it seemed fine but again we didn't go on the expressway. I went on the expressway going home and it wasn't fixed the same problem was still there and I lost acceleration on I-75 which wasn't any fun at all. So I called Northern Kentucky Auto Sales since it was the Labor Day weekend I couldn't take the car to them until September 5, 2023. While it was drivable I didn't feel safe taking it on the expressway so I took it to Northern Kentucky Auto Sales Dealership and not the service center in Florence. So I guess one of their salesman or other employees drove my car to the Florence service department. Well after many calls to my salesman and getting no answers from him on when my car would be repaired I called the service department directly. This was on September 14, 2023 and they were very unaware of my car being out there. So after many, many calls to their service department finding out that my car had been taken to a Nissan dealership to be repaired the final outcome was that it took 22 days to get my car from Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. They had it 22 days and I had it 3 days and none of those 3 days was the car working correctly. I will say not everything was all bad as I did have a loaner car to drive but even that loaner car had a problem as it's front windshield wipers didn't work. The back windshield wiper worked just fine... While the service manager was a very nice guy and seemed to care and wanted to give me back a car in good working order. They found 3 major things wrong with the car so it makes me wonder what kind of inspection was done on this car to say that it was road worthy after being salvaged. To me the inspection wasn't done correctly and I wonder if at all. One more drawback was how my car was given back to me and again I would like to say for all my trouble the service manager did actually have an employee bring my car to my house. However what I found once I got into my car left me with a bad taste as the service department was as unprofessional as their sales department. I found a razor blade on the floor next to my gas petal, I found in my cup holder a red plastic drinking cup with a vap cartridge in it with brown fluid in it and ants all over my cup holder. Also there was a charging cord and various items of paper, like a paper towel and paper straw wrapper as well. Also last buy not least on the back floor board was a large bumper that the Nissan dealership left in my car and Northern Kentucky Auto Sales failed to remove. All in all not a good experience and I guess it's a good thing the car came with a warranty because I'm sure other things will go wrong. All I have to say to close out this review is Buyer Beware and go somewhere else!!!!

Easy to deal with. Great Vehicle that was the cleanest I have ever seen. In and out with no hassle…read more Pricing is in line with many other places. Would highly recommend.

Bought a work truck (2005 Silverado 2500 HD) a couple of years ago. Listed price was $9000. I tried…read moreto make a deal for cash, but was turned down. Was told they'd put so much money into it so they couldn't possibly go lower. Within the first year, the brakes totally failed, so I had them replaced. Windshield fluid never dispensed, found out why just recently while replacing the battery. Fluid line was broken next to the battery and was mended using rubber tubing. Still doesn't work as it will not stay attached to the fluid dispenser. I'm still working on this. Shortly after replacing the brakes, the power steering went out. Checked all hoses, then finally found a leak in the power steering fluid cooler. It was completely rusted throughout (as is most of this vehicle!) It took a long time to find this part as it was only used on vehicles for a couple of years. It wasn't a hard replacement, and has worked well since. Last winter, the back end of the passenger side running boards broke off when someone stepped on it. It's been tied up since because I'm having a difficult time remove the boards with all the bolts rusted on. Still working on them. Like I said, the underside of this truck is all rust. While working under it to do repairs, I've found that both exhaust pipes have rusted completely off, connected to nothing, and are only being held to the underside of the truck by more rusted bolts. I've replaced the radio with a new stereo system and new speakers. I had a difficult time getting the rear speakers to work, until I found the purposefully snipped wires inside the rear door tubing. Attached new connectors and the speakers sound great. I'll admit, I should have inspected this vehicle more closely prior to purchase, but I never expected so see so much dilapidation on the under body. I've learned so much from the purchase of this vehicle, and I'm able to drive it as work truck as I intended, so it still has value. Not $9000 worth, but value nonetheless. However, I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I believe I was taken advantage of and lied to concerning the purchase of this vehicle. I will never recommend Advantage Used Cars to anybody let alone buy another vehicle there. Buyer be VERY aware. (Wish I could give a ZERO rating!)
