Immediately after, moisture entered the watch, and the buttons stopped working. I drove back, and they refused to take responsibility. Moisture had already entered the watch so I asked them to at least cash me out for the G Shock (which was only a few years old and water proof to 200m, I'll remind you). Ali refused, wouldn't give me a refund for the battery replacement, and wouldn't replace my watch, even though they did not make sure the watch was sealed properly. He claimed it was wear and tear, and that it was my fault and he doesn't take responsibility. NEVER trust them with your more expensive jewelry, considering this is how they treat cheap $100 G Shocks.

They service both Omega and Rolex and you have the option of bringing in your item or sending it in (insured and tracked--registered mail) to the store for assessment and repair/service. I checked out their website and also saw some other reviews just to make sure they were the ones for me. I like that they provided an estimate for how long it would be for turn around time, recommended methods of shipment, and were very communicative regarding every step of the way. I was emailed detailed photos and explanations and inquired about every little thing pertaining to the watches. I also received an itemized invoice with specific and pertinent photos. And was given a phone call to verify what action to take for each watch. The email I received also included information for return of the item and a signature confirmation upon receipt. The watches were returned with a printed receipt, care instructions, and put in branded single watch holder boxes. I am extremely happy with the service provided and that our watches were treated with care. I will definitely be using this company again for future needs.
