My then fiance (now husband!) and I went shopping for my engagement ring, as well as a Moissanite replica of the diamond (I don't work in the safest of areas!), in addition to our two wedding bands. They had to special order the diamond I wanted and the Moissanite and were able to have both placed on the chosen setting. We did not have to wait long for them to come in and because we bought all 4 items at once, we were able to get a great deal. Go to Jewelers is an understatement. When my fiancé and I started looking for engagement rings, we went to Hannoush. April greeted us upon arrival, asking us what the occasion was, our price range and what type of style ring we were looking for. I wanted a Halo cut band. She showed us the quality chart and compared it to some rings we saw at Kay Jewelers and Zales. Once we determined what size center stone I wanted we transitioned over to bands. Some of which included designer brands. There was a beautiful Démarco band that I couldn't take my eyes off of. However if we purchased the band and center diamond (the size of my choice 1.5CT) separately we would be over budget. April had mentioned that the jeweler was able to custom make any ring at a fraction of the cost; She would send him the Démarco to replicate. After a month we got a call from April, letting us know the ring was complete. We went in on a Saturday and April showed us what the jeweler made. I tried it on and was not happy with the outcome. I asked April if i could compare it to the Démarco. When I compared the rings the height and prongs were noticeably different. Different enough not to make me love it. We left Hannoush, I immediately started to cry in the car. With the ring being such a huge investment ($$$). I wanted to LOVE my ring. My fiancé went back in and told April we weren't happy with the quality of the ring that was made. You're thinking "WOW, we're screwed right!?" To both of our surprise April told us she'd put the ring up for sale and we could choose another for equal or greater value. For the additional price we bought the Démarco band I fell in love with. April, you are truly an amazing woman and we THANK you so much for making this experience one to truly remember! You're our go to sales woman! You're truly the reason why I rate this 5 stars. i recently sent my Mother a bracelet for Mother's day. The bracelet was a bit tight around my Mother's wrist so i suggested that she visit Hannoush to confirm if they could add an extension chain to the bracelet to increase size. My Mother visited and reported back to me that Hannoush looked at the bracelet and stated that they could add extension for $80. A bit steep Hannoush...the name is tucker not sucker. My wife and I have had nothing but spectacular service here. We are s same sex couple and nothing is more important to us than to be treated like any other couple walking into a store to purchase wedding rings. The staff didn't blink an eye and in our many trips in, were beyond accommodating. We purchased our bands here, but my engagement ring elsewhere. I continued to lose diamonds out of my ring and Hannoush was able to help reconstruct a new ring for me, allowing me to keep my diamond. The woman helping us was very honest and respectful of our budget, even going out of her way to offer us a variety of options. I've bought many items from this jeweler including a recent engagement ring. They are always very friendly, accomodating and very competitive pricewise. They have also been quick to service any item that may need repair... I've had them fix a braclet and clean up a watch for me a couple of times and both were without a cost and done very fast. The best part about this store is the staff (including the owner who I met when I bought my recent engagement ring). They will bend over backwards to help you out and they are not like a lot of places which may pressure you. They are simply amazing and every time I go I can expect A++ service.
