Finding the right men's spa can be challenging. My experience in Time Square Men Spa was no exception. I called in advance for an appointment. When I arrived, I stated I had an appointment and gave my name. They looked for my name and I noted I was the only Paul in the appointment book. He took a step further to confirm my telephone which I found odd. The therapist showed me the room and I prepared myself for the massage. I waited for sometime before the therapist entered the room. He did not introduce himself and started giving me a massage. I was pleased he was giving a firm massage. Within 5-7 minutes into the massage, Albert (I got his name later) left the room when he heard the doorbell. I was left unattended for over 10 minutes. Another massage therapist, Sebastian, entered the room apologizing for Albert and clarified that he would be doing the massage. Though Sebastian provided a good massage, I was completely appalled by Albert and his lack of professionalism. He did not introduce Sebastian as the therapist providing the service and he never apologized. It makes me wonder if Albert displays his lack of professionalism to all or specific customers. I am not sure if I will ever return. First impressions are the drivers for repeat business. I am on the fence whether I will ever return. read more

They seem to have opened not long ago, so things are new. Times Square Men's Spa is a great, relaxing spa that is clean and well kept with a very attentive and trained staff. I've been there numerous times -- this time I had a 90 minute session with Adam that was one of the best massages I've ever had -- great attention to problem areas of muscles, and amazing stretches. My reward was to get an authentic Thai-style massage, similar to those you get in Bangkok... with a technique you rarely find among Asian masseurs in New York. This place is wonderful. Very clean. Very hospitable staff. Surprising near the Time square. May be that's why they named Time square Men Spa.
