Upon arrival, the interior is spacious with 48 washers varying between small to large and 50 dryers between regular to oversized. Greeted by Amy who was friendly and very helpful especially explaining the card system and usage of the washer and dryer. I used to be able to dry a small to medium load of clothes within 32 minutes. Now it takes up to 48 minutes. When I brought it up to the attendant, he nonchalantly just blew me off and said for me to visually check the filter before I dry, and that the lower row of dryers are the least used and therefore dry better. This is unacceptable! Occasionally when he washes and dries his own clothes, he is absolutely SURE to co clean the filter every time.
