Every time there was disappointment. coverage was terrible. I was convinced to try T-Mobile once. They told me I could keep my phone- I had just purchased it from another company. My first day of service I had issues getting my voicemail. T-Mobile gave me directions to access my voicemail. It was such an inconvenience. I'd had other issues and ended up switching back to my original phone company. I vowed to stay away from them and I would never go back.

I took my laptop here to be looked at after I dropped it and damaged it. They charged me $25 to…read morelook at it and said they would get back to me with how much the parts would be to fix it. I didn't hear from them for a week or so but then I got a call that it was fixed. This made me a little nervous as I never got a call with the expense estimates but when I went to pick it up they said they were able to fix it without any new parts and only charged me another $30 for the labor. They also removed some junk that was slowing my computer down that I didn't know was there and I am pretty sure they cleaned it as well as it seems to have a lot less crumbs in between they keys and the screen is amazingly fingerprint free!

Now that I'm retired I thought I'd be able to transfer to Fidium fiber (available on my street) but can't find anyone to help me transfer from business DSL to residential fiber. Their sales team is absolutely horrible. So, even though their service has been fine, I will now drop them and just use my secondary ISP: Spectrum, who doesn't have fiber yet but has professional sales and support.
