My tech, Julia, has been very thorough, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure (granted the pain level is little to none). The equipment at this location is of the latest technology, ensuring a painless experience. Prices are reasonable and they have Groupon deals for this location as well. I asked her about some scars I would like to remove and she honestly said to come back in the time of the year when I am least in the sun. I felt that she was looking out for my skins best interest and not her wallet. When I brought this up, instead of addressing the concern or trying to fix the issue, I was told it was my fault for not being consistent enough--and was immediately encouraged to purchase yet another package. I agreed at the time because Taina was still working there and I trusted her. However, she later left, and I was not informed ahead of time. After that, I continued treatments with Vanessa and repeatedly requested my treatment file to understand what settings were being used, since the results clearly weren't effective--especially after I had just spent another $1,400. Despite being told multiple times that my file would be sent, I didn't receive it until April 19--only after my services were abruptly canceled. I was told this was due to "profanity" and being "aggressive," which I find incredibly unfair given the situation. After years of loyalty, significant financial investment, and lack of results, frustration is a natural response. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and transparency. Instead of working with long-term clients to resolve concerns, the focus seems to be on selling more packages rather than delivering results. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
