Our experience there could not have been more different. The salesman was dismissive and rude. He then left us to look at the displays and never checked on us again. Great Floors had a larger selection, but most of displays lacked pricing information and no person there to answer our questions. We were the only people in the store. We haven't bought yet, but we ARE going back to IFS and working with Jennifer and Katie.

They answered our phone call and kept us informed about time lines. Anthony and his crew were top-notched. Their installation was EXCELLENT. They were respectful of our house. They showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up after themselves and helped us to store the extra pieces. As in all large projects they was a glitch. Robbie and his team recognized the problem and made it right. This is all you can ask for. I will probably never have to replace my flooring again. If I did, or if you need new flooring, you could do better than Idaho Flooring Supply.

He made all the difference and I would have accepted their offer even if it had not been as well priced. As it happened, their bid was very competitive and I have been pleased through the entire process. We agreed on a date for work to begin and they were here punctually, and installation of my new vinyl fence was completed on time. My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

He did a complete bathroom remodel and took an old tired 30 years bathroom and brought it back to life. Tile work and framing to remove a drop ceiling opened up the bath from a dungeon feel and made the space more usable. Installed 2 roof vents and put in a garage exhaust vent removing the hot air. At our current house he has installed under cabinet lighting, replacing light fixtures and ceiling fan. Installed a big dog door and placed a motion detection light for the night visits for the dogs to the backyard. The dog door looks original to the house. He did major updates to our electrical system adding custom layout for my wife's sewing room. She has an excess of power strips now and no more tripped breakers. Put in a photo cell controlled outside yard light post. The inside of the house was painted from ceiling, walls and baseboards all while we stayed in the house. His employees are nice and friendly, on time, all the while keeps the house clean and respectful of the property. We will have a few more projects now moving to the outside of the house including replacing wood trim that has swollen and delaminated with material that will withstand the elements and finally paint the outside. We have recommended CAID to several friends which all were delighted with his work and fair prices.
