They sent the correct one free of charge n del fee (of course). Second time called in again cuz their site STILL doesn't allow multi IDs in 1 order. But this time I get disconnected after giving all my info (ex cc #). So I had to call back, wait again n repeat all the info to a diff rep. The second rep basically was a robot n barely spoke English n he couldn't care less about the important details regarding my daughters pic (cuz it was a retake). So after all that n him assuring me the pic was correct...THEY SENT THE WRONG PIC AGAIN!! Surprise surprise! So I emailed CS this time. Got a response 2 days later. From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration. We knew he was the right photographer as he did an amazing job on each of our children's weddings. Everyone had remarked about his beautiful work and loved him. I picked the middle package only because they give you the digital access to all of the photos and you can print out extras at Walgreens or any other photo place. The photos are high quality! I ended up using one of the pictures to order a Christmas Photo card to send out to family! Santa was very realistic. My kids approved and thought he was the real deal. It was much quicker, convenient and less painful than Christmas photos we have taken at other places. I think I will do this again in the next two years.

They print out each family's passport photo, so I highly recommend uploading it when you make your reservation. It was good, but would be AWESOME if the resolution was good and the picture clear. I pretty much had a slight headache from how fuzzy and unfocused it was.... bummer. I know it may sound like a lot to hire a professional photographer for my shower, but the reality was that I wanted my friends and family to enjoy the shower and not have to walk around with a camera. It was really intended to take a load off of the guests and my sister and bridesmaids so they could enjoy the day along with me.
