Tom, Cindy and family are the best. We interviewed multiple pool builders before settling on Timeless Pools. It has been a wonderful experience so far and will have to update my review when we are done. The portable toilet needed to be moved. I was so surprised when Cindy moved it and knocked on our door to let us know. My 92 year old dad lives with us and Tom made sure there was a level path for him to walk up to the front door. Their open hearts also helped him with his car key fob. Tom spent a lot of time with us on making choices. On one occasion we called him and said we were going to check out a tile store. He said "I'll join you". He brought samples to the house. My husband said it would be nice to have a water feature and a slide. Next thing we know, Tom and crew have a design for us and now it's incorporated. Pictures and phone calls when they are on vacation just to make sure we are happy with progress. We are hosting a big party in a month and they are ensuring as much as can be done is finished. We are so happy to be working with them. read more

We had previous contractors sub-contractors using our yard like a dumpster and an out house. My wife and I were constantly cleaning up after them. They damaged pavers using them to cut tile....started in may- never finished Timeless pools: 4 weeks -Provided portable bathroom -Yellow bag for all trash and debris picked up weekly -Cleaned up daily very organized -top notch work -used proper tools to execute work -charged weekly based on work finished Work done by timeless -removed cracking pour in place coping -re-worked coping that previous contractor poor shot Crete over -replace all coping around pool and jacuzzi -replaced all damage and poorly installed glass tile On as well as all tile in pool. -saw cut around jacuzzi between decking and jacuzzi because previous contractor poured concrete against jacuzzi. -fixed shotcrete that was crumbling in areas where new jacuzzi was installed. If you want to be your own project manager, have your coping crack significantly within WEEKS of it being poured, have your spa water overflow through the stacked stone siding, have your lights fail multiple times because they are a bad product AND the wiring was done wrong, have your fire bowls replaced within 2 years because of again, bad wiring, have your pebbletec need to be applied TWICE because the quality was so bad and the first install had a hose explode causing pebbletec to land in a neighbors car, fail to mark the plumbing so you or your pool service has no idea what is what, have so many problems with your project that Tom bails in the middle and is never heard from again, have a quoted 2-3 month job turn into over a year long battle, be talked down to like you arent as smart as the mighty Tom, have your driveway ruined because they took your self laid plywood protecting it and used it for their own work purposes and then blamed you for the driveway being damaged, have your brand new artificial turf either lifted and put back carelessly or just left in place and destroyed, and never have a final walkthrough, then by all means, hire Tom and Cindy Fuller at Timeless Pools. Run, don't walk away from this company. Apparently they used to treat customers well, as I was referred to them by a former coworker. I had an excruciatingly terrible experience with them. I had a contract for them to pretty much completely rebuild my pool, add a spa and do some landscaping. The pool looks fine but there are many, many aspects of the build which have been a disaster. Here's a short list: No drain caps were installed in the spa, there are not jets all around the spa, only on one side, there are cracks in every section of coping around the pool. There are 2 large cracks in the cement steps into my slider (I know cement can crack but these are ridiculous), there was a leak in the spa (they finally fixed this after about 5 tries), The water inlet was initally not attached and the gas line not upgraded, the pool solar was not initially attached either, there is a large rusted pipe sticking out of my landscaping. I have no idea where it came from. The biggest issue is significant discoloring of the pebble tec. I had them out many, many times to look at it and assess it. Initially they tried to blame it on the start-up by the pool guy (who was their employee/sub-contractor at the time of start-up. They acid washed the coping 3 or 4 times. It still looks terrible. They acid washed the pebble tec twice and there is no change to how the bottom of the pool looks. I argued and begged for about a year and a half for them to fix these issues. I finally gave up. The owner (Tom) ghosted me. He said he had an illness. I am not heartless but 18 months is plenty of time to pull it together or get someone to take over the business for you. Then I could only deal with his wife, Cindy. She seemed like a nice enough person but she seemed to know as much about pool building as I do (zero). They just drug their heels and refused to fix the biggest issue (the pebble tec) or offer me some sort of refund. I think they used some terrible sub-contractors and didn't supervise their work well enough. On the first day of demo, the project manager (Maggie) told me my house was really far away from her house. I guess that should have been my first clue. I never saw her again. Although my pool looks nice, I know all the problems it's has and continues to have and the fight I had to put up to get them to fix even small issues. Now I'm just sad when I look at or use my new pool. read more

Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won't be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero "extras" once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. We had purchased a home with a very old pool and hardscape that needed to be upgraded. We came across Timeless Pools and upon seeing the design, we decided to give them our business. My experience with Timeless Pools was exceptional. I needed a complete refresh of my 40 year old pool and equipment. Tom and Cindy were great to work with, helped me pick materials for the coping, pebble tech, and tile, as well as pavers for the deck. Although I kept the same shape as my original pool, Tom designed a beautiful Baja shelf with umbrella holes and recommended bringing up the deep end from 9' to 6' (less water, less chemicals and less pool pump time). The new lighting design adds so much ambiance to the back yard at night. They did a great job answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way, always giving attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing to work with people that are responsive, professional, and most importantly honest. My pool renovation was completed on schedule and they did an outstanding job! Tom came recommended to us by a family friend who had done a pool remodel. He has a family business with his wife Cindy and son Colton. They were very professional and helpful in creating our vision by adding a baja shelf, a sitting bench on one side of the pool, changing the spillway, and adding landscape and lights. They worked with us to pick materials that blended with the existing 1/2 of our yard (already remodeled years before) and worked to fix drainage and elevation issues, informing us step by step through the process. Tom and team did an amazing job on our pool! Our process started with design work over the summer of 2018 with the job officially starting in Oct of 2018. We used the pool for the first time in May of 2019. This timeline was as expected given the design and materials that we agreed to when the process started. If we didn't see Tom every week, he called to make sure we were not having any issues with the work as it was progressing. The only post build issue we had was that we were not totally satisfied with the finish on the PebbleTec in that we chose PebbleFina, which provides a smooth finish, and the finish itself did not have any of the details we were expecting from the samples we were sent. Tom worked with PebbleTec to get this corrected for us while we were on vacation shortly after the build was finished. It's been nearly 4 years with 0 issues and Tom occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is OK. Our pool even made it into the PebbleTecs World's Greatest Pools for 2021 book! This review is based on the getting a quote from the company. I asked Tom for a quote in December of 2021. He seemed very nice and through and we kept trying to set dates to meet in person. Eventually we finally agreed to meet on a Saturday. At the last minute he informs me that he isn't coming and sends his associate Garett to come out and quote us. Slightly annoying but figured as long as he can get measurements and quote than its not the end of the world. Garett checks things out and we discuss the budget and using diffrent layout from previous contractors. I give him a competitor's estimate with costs redacted and a rendering and wait. 1 week.... 2 weeks..... eventually its had been nearly a month with no follow through. I had to call THEM multiple times. Keep in mind, I already had a rendering done and with this wait I was supposed to receive a sketch and written quotation. Frustrated since I left other bidders waiting I called and asked if they had the bid for the final time. Tom calls me back and informs me over the phone that the price is now 70k more then my budget. What a complete waste of time and waiting. It's completely acceptable to not be able to do a job or have higher costs. Be up front about it. But its unacceptable when you give company your budget they say they can "for sure" be near that budget price and then not only don't call or give written quote or rendering, but then gaslight you and try and price out 70k higher. Look elsewhere. read more

We purchased a 40-year-old home that came with a pool that was made with subpar materials and had been poorly maintained. It needed massive repairs; spa retaining wall rebuild, spa entry step rebuild, lights, drains, jets, pump, filter, skimmer, valve relocation, and a face lift.
