Negative negative and negative. Poor quality, poor customer service and poor accountability. Save yourself grief and money..opt for a professional company not this rinky dink outfit

Tom, Cindy, and their crew were amazing. Tom listened to our needs, desires, and concerns over the remodel and addition of a spa to our home. He guided us to the best possible design to the remodel and spa addition. His attention to detail and quick follow through on the design, permits, and helping us pick out the new colors and materials was amazing. He and his family really did care about our decisions and desires for our project. They were kind, courteous, and conscientious through out the whole process. We would highly recommend them to anyone that wants an amazing remodel or addition for their home. Just look at those pictures.

Run, don't walk away from this company. Apparently they used to treat customers well, as I was referred to them by a former coworker. I had an excruciatingly terrible experience with them. I had a contract for them to pretty much completely rebuild my pool, add a spa and do some landscaping. The pool looks fine but there are many, many aspects of the build which have been a disaster. Here's a short list: No drain caps were installed in the spa, there are not jets all around the spa, only on one side, there are cracks in every section of coping around the pool. There are 2 large cracks in the cement steps into my slider (I know cement can crack but these are ridiculous), there was a leak in the spa (they finally fixed this after about 5 tries), The water inlet was initally not attached and the gas line not upgraded, the pool solar was not initially attached either, there is a large rusted pipe sticking out of my landscaping. I have no idea where it came from. The biggest issue is significant discoloring of the pebble tec. I had them out many, many times to look at it and assess it. Initially they tried to blame it on the start-up by the pool guy (who was their employee/sub-contractor at the time of start-up. They acid washed the coping 3 or 4 times. It still looks terrible. They acid washed the pebble tec twice and there is no change to how the bottom of the pool looks. I argued and begged for about a year and a half for them to fix these issues. I finally gave up. The owner (Tom) ghosted me. He said he had an illness. I am not heartless but 18 months is plenty of time to pull it together or get someone to take over the business for you. Then I could only deal with his wife, Cindy. She seemed like a nice enough person but she seemed to know as much about pool building as I do (zero). They just drug their heels and refused to fix the biggest issue (the pebble tec) or offer me some sort of refund. I think they used some terrible sub-contractors and didn't supervise their work well enough. On the first day of demo, the project manager (Maggie) told me my house was really far away from her house. I guess that should have been my first clue. I never saw her again. Although my pool looks nice, I know all the problems it's has and continues to have and the fight I had to put up to get them to fix even small issues. Now I'm just sad when I look at or use my new pool.

For years I dreamed of a pool in our back yard. But with a steep, sloped hill many pool companies we spoke to couldn't promise to keep a project anywhere near our budget or they made us feel like the project was too complex to be worth their time. Tom and Cindy were an amazing find for us. They were creative in finding a solution and took each complication that came up in stride to make our dream a reality. We are so thankful for the beautiful pool and backyard we now have and can't recommend this team enough.

It was back in 2022 that our conversations with Tom began. While we had other bids, my husband and I agreed that Tom was the most knowledgeable and understood our budget and the existing pool's limitations. Demolition started March 17,2023. The team at timeless pools followed through with their promises and the result was a pool we can be excited about. Here are some of the reasons Timeless Pools received a 5 STAR rating: knowledgeable, listened and understood our concerns, deliveries were on time, they worked well with the city inspectors, they cleaned up after each work day, continuous communication, impeccable craftsmanship, and overall consistent. From this day forward you can find Ed on the ledge loungers, grandkids on the new Baja shelf and adult kids in the refurbished jacuzzi. Thank you all, job well done.

Through the years we've had a lot of work done on our pool. Timeless Pools solved the issues we're were having, while making our pool more beautiful, efficient, and practical than ever. They are professional, responsive, and good people too! Thank you, Timeless!

    Before

We found Timeless Pools on Angi's list. We had 2 other bids and chose Timeless because Tom and Cindy explained everything so well. The job took less than 4 weeks total and might have been faster with better weather. Their crews we very nice and very professional. We communicated frequently on the details so we could be ready for each phase of the project and everything went like clockwork. Our pool is over 30 years old but look at it now. Thanks Timeless!

We bought a new home with a dysfunctional pool made of fiberglass. I told him I wanted a pool that was family friendly and required very little maintenance. He recommend pebbletec to reduce maintenance and better maintain heat, built us a Baja shelf that my kids love to play on and added a few colorful lights. Tom is a true advisor and his crew did an amazing job remodeling our pool.

    After

We had purchased a home with a very old pool and hardscape that needed to be upgraded. We came across Timeless Pools and upon seeing the design, we decided to give them our business. The project started and even though we seemed to get the most rain I have seen in a long time, the crew created a makeshift cover to allow them to keep working just about everyday. The crew was very professional, nice, and worked very fast throughout the entire renovation. Tom was with us every step of the way and answered any questions we had, and was coming to the property to check on the progress. Once the project was completed, the pool came out so nice and we love the waterfall feature. The new LED lights are amazing as well. Even after the start up and having a couple of issues, Tom and Cindy took care of everything pretty quickly. We are extremely happy with the renovation, attention to detail, and love enjoying our pool.

We could not have picked a better company to completely remodel our pool. Customer service was excellent, was informed on what's going on with the remodel every step of the way. I would refer Timeless Pools to friends and family without hesitation. Now we have backyard pool parties and the kids absolutely love it. Thank you Timeless Pools for making our dream backyard come to life

    Summer Vibes!

My experience with Timeless Pools was exceptional. I needed a complete refresh of my 40 year old pool and equipment. Tom and Cindy were great to work with, helped me pick materials for the coping, pebble tech, and tile, as well as pavers for the deck. Although I kept the same shape as my original pool, Tom designed a beautiful Baja shelf with umbrella holes and recommended bringing up the deep end from 9' to 6' (less water, less chemicals and less pool pump time). The new lighting design adds so much ambiance to the back yard at night. They did a great job answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way, always giving attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing to work with people that are responsive, professional, and most importantly honest. My pool renovation was completed on schedule and they did an outstanding job! I can't say enough about this company other than I recommend them very highly!

AFTER: feels like a new backyard!

Hello, I want to share this regarding your firm.  Hey! I…read morewant to share a small secret that I might later wish I hadn't, as posting it could make scheduling my next estimate with the premier demolition firm, Master Demolition, even more challenging. Indeed, that is the actual name of their company, and it is appropriate because I genuinely believe they're the masters of demolition. It all began when Felipe visited to provide an estimate, and he observed, similar to my other contractors, that the entrance for the bobcat was quite limited at 36 inches. He confirmed that his bobcat also measures 36 inches, which I was already aware of. However, he examined the gas meter, which was protruding, and suggested that the great miracle worker Salvador might maneuver the bobcat through by slightly adjusting the meter and squeezing it in just enough. It impressed me because the other contractors had stated that it was impossible and that we would need to demolish the six-foot wide block wall on the other side of my house and reconstruct it afterward. I was not fond of that option because of the expense and time involved. When the skilled and incredible Salvador and his crew began their work, their method of tackling the job amazed me. They seemed genuinely happy and enjoyed their tasks. I have a feeling that the energetic Mr. Salvador set up a competition to discover the best performer of the day, potentially offering a prize for their hard work. Its remarkable, to see them work together effortlessly and at a tremendous pace. Certainly, I have to acknowledge my God for leading me to Master Demolition, as I would never have discovered such a team of workers without His guidance.

There was a bit of a wait to start including our city building department which was backed up. Once underway Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He devoted all his energy to making it (a messy job) as seamless as possible. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. When we asked him how much it would be to expand the scope of work by tearing out the surrounding hardscape and concrete patio, as well as an 8' high wood fence, he quoted us a very fair price and we proceeded. It was a complex job doing the demo around the existing posts of the patio cover which we wanted to keep. When the job proved more complicated due to the extra thick reinforced slab I offered to pay extra due to the amount of debris and extra work it took. He told me that it wasn't necessary, and honored his quote. Additionally, he took care of the coordination with the city and the soils engineer. As homeowners, having never gone through this process, we appreciated his experience and taking it off our hands. We easily passed final inspection :) You cannot go wrong with Casper's Demolition! He gets our highest marks!
