We have always wanted a pool and we decided to get estimates from three companies . Well Teserra was the best company as far as they are very personable and professional. They say what they mean they finish on time and if there's any little adjustments they included in the price. This pool company I would recommend 200% the workers were all professionals and they got my pool done in under two months that's incredible. I have to commend salesman Steve Luna for his patience with me but more so Bobby Jones the manager ! Bobby and Steve make a great team ! Steve is a great landscaper designer also they did our front and back yard to perfection. Bobby was on site 2-3 times a week ... he always answers his texts and so agreeable with great ideas but listens to yours ... i would say but hey I need this and that and he would make it happen...and never complained about my lists each time I gave them to him... we just laughed --we really do feel as if we live at a resort with the palm trees - the landscaping - the lights and our salt water dream pool.. we hope to make many memories here.. we give them 10 stars !!!!! They just sent a tech out to detect an issue with the spa and Jay did such a good job, I felt compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. Teserra has done a great job on everything from hardscape, upgraded pool equipment, firepit, and regular pool cleaning for a year, since we bought new construction a year ago. As we hunted for vendors, Teserra kept coming up as the leader in the desert and the reasons why continue to shine thru. I got a hose tip stuck in the skimmer a year ago and it got cut off and finally made it's way thru the system to block the jets at the valve the other day. Jay took the valve apart and had to do some realy tricky surgery to get the hose tip out and replace the valve. Great work and now the spa works better than ever. Lifesaver! read more

Our HOA had about 2,000 sq ft of 40 year old concrete around our pool and jacuzzi that was worn out and needed to be replaced. We contacted Teserra and they walked us through the entire planning process. We met with the designer at the showroom and nursery and were offered many great options within our budget. Teserra handled all the details including the city permit applications and sign-off. Demolition was quick and efficient. The Teserra demolition and installation crew was hard-working and professional. Change orders are inevitable with replacement projects and Teserra was easy to work with when those issues came up. They did an amazing job and completed the entire project in about 3 weeks. Our community pool deck is brand new and it was a great investment. We have happy homeowners and a refreshed pool area. Add'l note - Since installation, Tropical Storm Hilary passed through SoCal and there was enough rain to cause our pool and jacuzzi to overflow. The deck installation was sloped perfectly and all the water drained as it should have. I am very happy with the performance of the drains and the slope of the deck. My opinion of this company, if anything, has improved. They recently replaced the salt generator cartridge (under warranty) (service done by Jay) within days of my call. I live in Yorba Linda This company has dropped the ball a number of times in my $400,000 job. They are quick to take your money but follow up with poor service and send out subcontractors that have no idea. When they sold me they told me their people would be doing the job, all I've seen is subcontractors one after the next. After a good design and bid, we were literally trying to give them our money for about 8 months. They sent us electronic copies for our HOA - HOA rejected with 3 comments and requested paper copies...4 months later they dropped off paper copies WITHOUT THE COMMENTS incorporated...1 month later after getting a text saying they will drop off revised plans with comments incorporated - still no plans. just horrific service. no clue if they know how to build, but can't imagine anyone even getting to that stage with them...just started over with primier pool and spa...more money but they are willing to actually participate in a transaction read more

Numerous mistakes were made on the planning and execution of our hardscape project, e.g., drains were misplaced, plumbing was wrongly installed, pavers were miscut, etc. To correct mistakes, Teserra presented overages to cover costs for unapproved, corrective, work, well above original estimates. Moreover, accounting errors in Teserra's favor were caught and presented to the project superintendent - in detail. No action was taken in return, and the job was left unfinished. Concerted efforts (including pictures of unfinished work), made in good faith, to get them to complete the job were to no avail. read more

Could not have had a better experience with Teserra. We did a complete pool remodel and updated our pool from the classic 80's look. Steve the sales guy was quick to respond to all of my questions and that didn't stop even after we made our first payment and the demo had started. He made us feel like a priority throughout the process which is not always what you get from a sales person after the sale has been made. Bobby the construction manager was also a rockstar. We had simultaneous construction projects going on at the house and Bobby's advice and great communication allowed us to prioritize finishing the roof and exterior so that the pool turned out perfect and wasn't damaged in the process. This delayed us finishing the pool however we never felt pressured by Bobby to get the job done and he put the outcome of the pool first. The pool turned out better than we had imagined and we are extremely happy to have it finished before summer. We upgraded to a blue pebble and I can't tell you how good it looks! We have had a few different contractors work on our yard... Each time the project took forever and one person would show up and work a few times a week. Not with Teserra! This crew was at the house working hard 5 days a week. They were very nice and cleaned up at the end of each day. They even put up fencing nightly so my dogs could still go out in the yard while the construction was going on.
