Much to my surprise she is one of the few stylists working on a Sunday and she managed to squeeze me in. I've had extensions done over the years by several different people and several different methods, but I chose to do tape-ins and she not only worked quickly, she was great at strategically placing them so they don't peek through my fine hair. She also cut and blended the extensions so I can wear my hair both straight and curled. Not to mention the salon shares a space with an amazing nail salon that also offers lash extensions. I asked for a blonde brown ombré. This is what I got. Be careful ladies, I spent over $800 on hair and the process took over 8 hours. I also texted her asking to add more brown or fix it somehow. I got ignored then she messaged me on yelp saying I need to style it. Curled or not, it is evident one side is way more blonde and the other side is not. It is literally two tones on each side. I get that you have to style it for it to look nice but if a customer who spent over $800 after you suggested to add blonde and brown tones is unhappy, the client's concerns should be heard. It is unkind and rude to ignore my request to fix this. I will be removing them ASAP. Cheaper is not always better. To top it off she won't refund me when I have proof posted right here of her terrible work. Not professional and incredibly rude. Stay away.. and she BLOCKED ME SO I COULDN'T ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND SHE REFUSED TO FIX IT! read more

Wow I never leave such long reviews but I REALLY feel the need to for this... I suggest you to read this before going to her! After posting an unsatisfied review for Vikki, she immediately called me back and began talking back to me defensively. She wasn't being very polite and was trying make excuses for my hair...she even became angry that I went somewhere else and spent extra money to fix her mistake. I remained calm and spoke to her politely even though I was angry at how rude she was! She tells me that she would only dye the top part of my hair where it was dark, which made no sense! My whole hair color was wrong, not just the top so I don't understand how just fixing the top part would make things better. She was very unwilling to fix my hair and admit to her mistake. She just kept telling me how everyone loves her and her reviews are very good therefore I shouldn't be complaining. She told me to come back so she could fix my hair. I tried to make an appointment with her but our schedules didn't match. So I tried to rearrange my schedule so I could come in but then she stoped responding! And to my surprise, she tells me shes going to QUIT HER JOB!! I really wonder if she's just trying to avoid me or is she really telling the truth... but I still see her updating new hair pics on Instagram and new reviews on yelp, so I really question her. Anyways, after that she has stoped replying to me. Even if she still plans on fixing my hair, I'm still skeptical to even have her fix my hair because after she dyed my hair, my hair became very dry and damaged. I really feel like the quality of her products are not very good because I've tried many other salon and this has not happened before. I had to cut my hair shorter because of how damaged it was. Not to mention, she made me do a $25 deposit on PayPal for the appointment and has never given it back to me. She told me that she would do my hair for $185 with cut, but in the end she charged me $189 WITH the $25 deposit. Be aware that she doesn't cut your hair even if she says she will. I also had to spend another $145 at another place to fix my hair because I hated it so much! Overall, I could've went to a much higher quality salon to do my hair... I really suggest you to go somewhere else even though she may seem cheaper than most places, the price still comes out to be about the same in the end. I'm VERY disappointed in Vikki.... I wish that I could've left the same positive review as many other customers did. I'm not sure if she's trying to take advantage of me because I'm young or what. But wow... this is the worst hair experience I've ever had! Look at the pictures of my hair and tell me that it looks good... because I'm sure that everyone can agree with me that it looks nothing close to the picture that I wanted. And the bright purple streaks in the front?? The color was just all over the place! My hair looked better before, it would've been better if she didn't do anything to it. I thought Vikki was kind but after the whole experience of getting hair extensions with her I will tell you, she is a CON ARTIST. I went to a couple consultations with other Hair Extension specialist but I was quoted over 1k which was just crazy to me. I've never had them before because I've always had long hair until I chopped it all off a couple of months ago. I miss my long hair! I found Vikki here on Yelp, I gave her a call. She said she could do my extensions for $175 which I thought was too good to be true but she convinced me that she is the real deal. She explained that her "boss" sells hair at the shop she works out of. I told her that I can meet her at her salon in the next 30 minutes. She said she would be on her way as well but when I got to the salon with my daughter I received a text from her asking me to let her know when I get there. I bought the hair from the owner of the salon, she charged me $230.00 for two bundles. Vikki then told me that instead of $175 it would actually cost me $225. Before we got started Vikki offered my daughter candy. Vikki asked the owner how much each candy is. She said it is one dollar each, so Vikki told my daughter to get one and she would buy it for her. At the end of my services Vikki asked me for a dollar to pay Gladys the owner for the candy. I was thinking wow she offered to buy my daughter candy then asked me to pay after my daughter ate the candy. Yes it was only a dollar but it was the principal. When Vikki was installing the extensions she was cutting them in pieces and folding them in 2's, 3's, and 4's then she would but the weft down with just 2 or maybe 3 beads. She didn't even properly put the beads in my hair, she didn't even sew the weft in! The tracks were so bumpy, they were sticking out of my hair, as well as the beads. It looked like a had two wigs on. My Husband and Mother said it looked like I had an animal's tail on my head. I wasn't sure if her method was correct or not until I left and did more research. I realized that she took advantage of the fact that my knowledge of hair extensions were very minimal. I feel like a FOOL. When I went to a real certified Hair extension specialist she took a look at Vikki's job and sympathized for me. She said everything about the installation was incorrect and she just made up her own CRAP method. By the way, I had Shirin the actual hair extension specialist remove all of them the next morning. There was no way I was going to be seen with that horrible job. I contacted Vikki and told her how unhappy I was and how I feel that I was conned. All together I wasted over 500 bucks including tip in which she did not deserve at all. I asked her if I can at least have $150 back and she threw in the mom card saying she's a single Mom. Then she had one of her clients text me from her phone in which I think is Bull, I'm assuming it was one of her friends. She texted me saying that she is a repeat client and she saw a picture of her work with me and she knows the extensions were installed properly. What the hell? How in the world can she tell, there were no pictures of the actual tracks and how they were installed. Plus when Vikki took a picture of my hair she basically posed it so it will look good in the picture. She kept telling me ways to put my hair up so the extensions aren't obvious. She also told me my extensions aren't supposed to look natural!!!! DO NOT TRUST VIKKI, I wouldn't even trust some of the reviews she has. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are her friends. I literally cried because I can't believe I threw $525 out of the window like that. She is extremely unprofessional and I was a fool to get GYPPED by a lying and conniving individual. I just got done getting my hair colored by Vikki today for the first time, and I am extremely happy with the result. My hair is always very brassy with red undertones--due to me being both German and Korean, and she did an amazing job color correcting my hair. She even managed to blend out my ends perfectly (that were remnants of when I dyed my hair a box black; it tends to be the reddest when bleached). When there was some miscommunication about how light I wanted my roots to start, due to me not being completely clear about what I wanted, she immediately corrected the situation.
