Honestly I would give 10 stars if I could!! Both for Dr. Hvistendahl himself, as well as for the whole experience and group of people I worked with. A friend recommended Dr. Hvistendahl for my breast augmentation, since she had just gone to him and thought he was amazing. So I looked him up, did a lot of research, read reviews, etc. and decided to schedule a consultation. And imagine my pleasant surprise when I found PSS was doing a special study (related to placement of a numbing shot, or something along those lines), and if you participated you got $2000 off. From the very beginning I was impressed. First I talked to Renee to schedule and talk about pricing, etc. Great communication, extremely helpful, very friendly. Holly, who I met when I got there, was amazing as well. Very nice, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable and well-informed through the entire process. She was there with me at my consultation, post-op, and actual surgery day. Helped me feel more comfortable having someone I recognized there with me...especially on surgery morning! Everyone else was great too...my surgery nurse, the front desk ladies, etc. As to the actual office. It has a fancy spa type feel. Very comfortable chairs and couches, nice décor, and always makes me feel calm somehow. Also very clean. I also like how they don't seem to overbook appointments. Only one time have I had someone else waiting there in the waiting room at the same time as me. And it's not for lack of clients...I know that they are a very busy practice. It makes me feel like I'm at some exclusive place, and not just a faceless person in a crowd of patients, if that makes sense. They know how to make everyone feel important. Now to Dr. Hvistendahl. I HIGHLY recommend him! So easy to talk to, very cheerful, professional, funny, and comfortable to be around. (About 30 seconds after he walked in the room I knew for sure I wanted him to do my surgery.) Also very honest. I like how he gave his opinion, but also listened very closely to what I wanted. I took in a picture of what I wanted, thinking that it would be hard to match exactly....but pleasant surprise....he really did match the picture almost exactly!!! Very VERY skilled doctor. My scars are also tiny and very well hidden. :) One thing that especially impressed me was how after the surgery they don't just "drop" you since you're paid and done. Amazing and thorough post-op attention. I had accidently given a wrong phone number, so didn't get calls after the surgery. I thought maybe no one would think anything of it because they have surgeries every week. But my first post-op appointment the first thing the Dr. asked was what number they had, because it was definitely wrong! I guess him and Holly had called several times and were worried since they couldn't get ahold of me. I was very impressed how they really cared. Like I said earlier, not just a faceless person in a crowd of patients. For any procedures, without a doubt I would go here again. I highly recommend Dr. Hvistendahl and Plastic Surgery Specialists! Add-on: Went to Dr. Hvistendahl for botox, and full stars for that as well!!!! He took his time explaining the whole process to me, and what he was doing. I got even better results than the last place I went for botox, and next time I get botox I will be coming back here! Arched my eyebrows perfectly, and gave me a follow-up appointment to check the overall results, where he added a tiny bit more for free. They charge per CC, which means you're not getting watered down stuff, or skimped on the amount. Great experience, and like I said in my other review, I highly recommend coming here!

I developed some blood clots and substantial pain in my arm. Without me feeling a thing, he opened it up and repaired it all. This past few weeks, I had a swollen lymph node beneath my ear drained in a local hospital - a simple procedure - and apparently the doctor punctured a vein and it swelled to three times the size it was when I came in. For two weeks I was in agony as it continued to swell while the hospital staff said "nothing we can do. It will heal eventually." This after CT scans, MRI's, everything. The swelling pressed on my ear canal, my jaw, and I looked like Quasimodo. I went to Keith Denkler in excruciating pain. In 30 minutes he drained 13 cc's of dark blood and relieved the pain - I hardly felt anything as he did it. The next day he drained another 13 cc's - and over the weekend, the massive swelling in my jaw continued to shring to 1/4 of the original side. He did it all with little or no discomfort. I've been able to work, sleep and avoid pain meds - none of which was true for over two agonizing weeks. This is a doctor who cares who knows, and should be teaching the others how to do this work. Dr. Denkler is the only doctor I've been to that performs the needle Aponeurotomy and it works. His expertise is amazing and my three fingers are now straight. I have been to many other doctors for Xiaflex and had surgeries. This procedure by Dr. Denkler gives the best result. I am grateful that I found him and can't thank him enough for helping me. I asked him why he shoes to recommend his patients to Dr Goodman. He said because she was extremely capable and cared deeply about her patients. Since then I have found this to be true. I went to Dr Goodman not knowing what to do...all I knew was that my face was drooping and looking in the mirror did not make me happy. While I wasn't thrilled at the prospect of a facelift I was open to anything. Dr Goodman was so open and honest about all my options and actually suggested that a facelift was not the best choice. Ultimately she recommended filler to smooth out my sags and wrinkles. The filler lasts about 18 months, is much more cost effective, non invasive and is a natural substance. I will tell you, the procedure took less than an hour. Dr Goodman did the procedure herself and was absolutely meticulous. The results are amazing and I could not be happier. From Edna at the front office to the nurses Natascha and Tera and patient coordinator Michele and of course the expertise and keen eye of Dr. D' amore himself. Last year, after realizing that my body no longer agreed with my breast implants I had them removed. After adjusting to my new shape, I'm very glad I had them removed. They had scar tissue around them and one breast was infected. Dr. D'amore and his staff truly care about the health and well-being of their patients and it shows. I feel good knowing I'm in caring and skillful hands for any cosmetic procedure I may decide to do in the future.

I was able to get an appointment with Alexa within 24 hours. After she examined me, she also did a full body mole screening. Thankfully, the lesion turned out to be minor and easily treatable.
