I've actually been to this pizzeria on multiple occasions simply because I really enjoy supporting a family owned shop. In my mind, this is probably the only thing that stands out about this place. My last visit I indulged in a buffalo chicken pie in the toppings were OK, but that's about all I can say. The one thing I do enjoy the most about their pie's; is the crust is always fresh and just has the right amount of chewiness. However, it almost taste like they cheat when they make their dough by adding either sugar or milk to ensure good rising dough. It's always been my experience this is a way to shorten the proofing process which takes away from the flavor of the crust. As I have stated earlier in this review; this is a family owned business, and earns an awful lot of respect in my book. This reminds me of a very old world Italian custom when family's join together to be able to survive. I think in these tough economic times this speaks greatly to their character. Also as I've said before; this is the only reason this shop stands out. The question I ask myself; would I recommend this pizzeria to someone else? I think I would, but only because it would support the local community.
