However, it almost taste like they cheat when they make their dough by adding either sugar or milk to ensure good rising dough. As I have stated earlier in this review; this is a family owned business, and earns an awful lot of respect in my book. This reminds me of a very old world Italian custom when family's join together to be able to survive. I think in these tough economic times this speaks greatly to their character.
