We used the 40 passenger coach bus for our wedding guest shuttle and wedding party transportation. Tim's Tours highly exceeded our expectations! The driver was prompt but patient and the ride was comfy, clean, and smooth. They provided trash bags (a nice touch!) for our guests to dispose of snacks and drinks as needed. They waited at the end of the night for all guests to board the bus. All around I was very impressed by their professionalism and performance! Also, our point of contact Matt was easy to work with and clearly a professional. He knew how to make our schedule realistic and helped us figure out what bus/route was best for our needs. We love Tim's Tours! Found them for a 20 person bachelorette party based on a google search and could not be happier w/ my experience. Matt was amazing every step of the way. Super responsive, great suggestions for itinerary, really great pricing- we kept him for 14 hours! I really give him a lot of credit for dealing with anyone for 14 hours, let alone 20 women in celebration mode. He was consistently professional and a ton of fun. Nothing but great things to say about our experience with Tim's Tours. We took the limo bus with 20 people to and from the Kentucky Derby and had such a blast. Great bluetooth audio system was perfect to play our favorite music to sing and dance. Seats were just right for our party to ride comfortably with room for our bags. We recently rented the 20 person Limo Bus for a weekend winery tour for our daughter's college friends and we had a ball. The Limo Bus is great because you can face each other vs sitting in regular bus seats. The seats are very comfortable, lots of outlets for phone chargers, the perfect fit. The sound system was great.
