Tina's is a cute little cocktail bar and pretty affordable for the quality of drinks. They have some cheeses and tinned fish, and some board games. This is not a great place to go with a large group because it is very small and gets super packed (especially on weekends) but I have had only good experiences here! Just don't plan on coming here with more than 5 people. Even with 2 people, you will likely have to wait a bit for seating if you come on a Friday/Saturday night. read more

Pretty cool vibe on the insides. We shows up at 8pm on a Friday night and were told it would be 20-30 mins for us to get a table for 5, but that we could stand near the front and still order drinks while we waited for our table. 5 mins later they told us our table would be ready shortly. Their cocktail menu is HUGE. Despite this, it's still very well curated. I don't think there was a single cocktail on this menu I wouldn't have ordered - everything looked fantastic. I love that they had an island/tiki section of cocktails too! I ordered an Oaxacan Old Fashioned. Absolutely delightful and very well balanced - the mezcal really shines in this. Prices are a huge bonus as well. Only 2 issues we ran into is the booths are pretty small - definitely can fit 4 people comfortably, but any more than that and you'll be squeezed in. Also all people in the party must have a seat to their name - so can't really stand and enjoy their drinks. Also our 2 cocktails took 15-20 mins to arrive, and we were seated for an hour but we only able to enjoy one cocktail since our drinks took a bit of time, and no waiter/waitress stopped by in the remaining time we were there, so it was a little difficult for our group to order drinks. I would definitely be back to try all their cocktails, but it's definitely more a hang out and chill with a few friends-type of bar, which I love, albeit the slow and hard-to-catch service. read more

This bar is a comfort zone for sure. It's a great revamp of an old local bar called Tea Bags. The logo is still hanging on the outdoor brick wall ;) Beyond amazing service, delectable craft cocktails, great wines, delicious tapas style foods served late with of a couple of seasonal plates, charcuterie selections including some amazing canned fish that you can take home, there is the bread! Hot pumpernickel rolls at 1am after a long shift? Yes please! This place sort of reminds me of some of the best spots Bushwick, NYC before it got too expensive there. Only better. Stopped into Tina's on a Saturday night with a group of 4. Very cute place with unique decor! It was extremely busy, so we did have to wait maybe 10 minutes for a table, not too bad! The cocktails were amazing, strong and balanced and nicely presented. Though we didn't order food, the menu consisted of mostly tinned seafood and cheese. The reason for taking off 1 star was a kind of mixed experience with service. One of our group ordered a drink and it seemed to be forgotten for about 20 minutes and when we flagged down the waiter who was really friendly earlier, he seemed put out that we had stopped him. And then when we got the check, there were a couple of extra drinks on it, and when I asked for it to be adjusted, he seemed inconvenienced by my reasonable request. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because it was extremely busy and there were only 2 people serving and I am sure it's hard to always have a smile when dealing with that many people, but it was just a little off putting so I thought worth mentioning! But will definitely stop back in for some more drinks, again super good, and incredibly reasonably priced for what you're getting. read more

I love Tinas. They make the best cocktails in Pittsburgh at an affordable price. The cocktails are strong and perfectly balanced. Pre-covid, this bar always had a great vibe, and who doesn't love a free juke box. I would move to Bloomfield just for tinas and chantals cheese shop. It's unfortunate that we aren't able to stop in anymore, but their cocktails to go have been a staple throughout 2020. Recently, we've also been able to pick up cocktails, boozy coffee, and the best tomato soup I ever had at the Bloomfield market. I stopped in today and picked up a delicious lentil salad from bitter ends luncheonette. They have a decent selection of natural wine to buy now that they are a wine shop, grab n go establishment. I highly recommend trying their cocktails to go and stopping in to see whatever food they have on hand that day. read more

They have a comprehensive and unique beverage program from classic handcrafted cocktails to handmade - out of this world tiki cocktails at reasonable prices . You will not find a more comprehensive selection of natural wines in Pittsburgh. You will not be disappointed whether you choose from their primo open bottles at the bar or select from over 170 bottles in the library looking area. Natural wines are wild fermented and have a refreshing and tart taste. The natural whites have a delicious and refined Belgian like lambic quality. The reds like the French cabernet has a smooth, fruit forward, light tannins, semi dry and leathery quality that is not like any cab you've had. They also have very reasonably priced craft beer. If that wasn't enough they serve a soup of the day , selections of delicious cheese/meats and fish pates..... all were served with fresh warm rye bread. Tina's is a top shelf cocktail and wine bar within an unpretentious retro bar that plays mellow hip hop and mellow EDM music. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Very poor service and attitude from the bartender. This used to be a cool unknown spot l, but I guess as it's gotten more well known the staff have gotten more arrogant. It's a real shame. It used to have a laid back neighborhood feel, but now it feels like an uptight south side bar with bullies as staff. I hope they improve, but I won't be back for awhile, if ever. This is the perfect dive bar. I came here on a Saturday night when it was packed (but still got seats at the bar) and the bartenders were so nice and pleasant and patient, yet they were working very hard and quick. It was very impressive. The drinks are delicious and their menu is expansive with many good options - including several Negroni variations and lots of classic cocktails. Visited with friends for happy hour last Friday and we had a wonderful experience at Tina's! Parking was pretty easy to find- I ended up parking directly across from the bar, on the street. The decor here is adorable, kinda woodsy and vintage feeling, and there are plenty of seats. They have a real jukebox to play music on, old school dart boards (decoration only), board games and a pool table. Their menu has an old school vibe to it and their selection of drinks is really impressive. I went with a sour beer, which was delicious. They serve food as well, but I didn't try anything this time. Next time I visit (which will undoubtedly be soon) I am trying a cocktail and their food items for sure! read more

This was our first time to Tina's and their food and drink was excellent. I had the Gumbo Chicken Salad on a bun with a side of Collard Green Coleslaw. The sandwich had quite a lot of crab meat and the slightly spicy dressing was perfect. The Collard Green Slaw was delicious as well and the sweet potatoes made an interesting addition to it. My husband had the Muffaletta sandwich, and our daughter had the hummus. All were very enjoyable. The daquiri was served in what I would call a champagne bowl glass, and it was excellent! All prices were very affordable! The only difficulty is finding a parking space, although we ended up finding a close space on our 2nd circle of the block. read more
