Was put onto this place through a family member. This pizza is amazing! Not greasy and full of flavor. I personally recommend thin crust but all up to you. Their potato wedges are baked not fried but taste amazing and much healthier. They do not tasted under cooked or over cooked. They wings were also good! Such nice people! Definitely recommend!! I'm very disappointed in Pizza restaurants that don't use real Pizza ovens to cook their pizza. There is no possible way to get a nice crispy crust on a pizza by cooking it in a conveyor oven without burning the hell out of it. I also believe that the overall cooking of the ingredients is compromised as well which inevitably leads to a compromise of the overall flavor. It may take a little longer however the world is moving toward the slow cooking method because it IS better. My recommendation it sell that oven to a competitor and advertise a real pizza oven that develops flavor by the slow cooking method, one that allows the flavors to develop and mingle. I believe the customer will know the difference. Regardless good luck with that and if you don't believe me have a Shakey's Pizza, now there is the difference! read more
