Shredded beef and veggies

Gosh. Where to even begin! Ting's is top notch from start to finish. Our family frequents this fine Chinese food establishment once in a blue moon and it never disappoints. This time we had a table for 9 including two little ones. They treat us like family here. Service is impeccable and the food is fresher than anything you've ever experienced. The food comes out piping hot and has a flavor you can't get anywhere else. You'll get taken care of when you're here or when you order out. That in mind, their takeout service does VERY well. They must have had 15-20 people come in for large orders while we were there! Very impressive. What we got this time: -Spare Ribs (very meaty and saucy. Just home you like them) -Beef dumplings (fully like your most comfortable pillow) -Shreaded beef with veggies (never got this before, and it's a winner. Will 100% order next time) -Chicken pan fried noodles (while it looks like a birds nest when it comes from the kitchen, it's flavor is on point and texture is outstanding) Many more dishes were had, but I can't recall them all! BUT they were loved by everyone at the table. We'll always come back here and you should place this joint as your number 1 Chinese restaurant. Not just because of the killer meal, but also the incredible service.

Luncheon special - Shrimp with snow peas and white rice ( string beans were added upon request). Excellent !!

Came back again with mom. They are so good to her here and super friendly overall. Mom just ordered won ton soup (and had some of mine) and I had beef with green beans luncheon special. The beans are amazing! Cooked just enough, fresh, crispy and beautifully manicured. The beef is tender and not chewy. The thick brown sauce is perfect over white rice. And while we waited for our food we had those awesome crispy noodles dipped in mustard and duck sauce. All this for $12 served with hot tea, ice water and a smile!! Bravo!!!!

Yum

Great food! We've been ordering from them close to 20 years. How the heck they don't have online ordering or a website is crazy!!

It was like they were doing me a favor. Website prices lower than when you pick up. Bad attitude.

When we started driving, it was raining like crazy. It honestly felt like we were driving through the middle of a storm, so we took it slow and finally reached the restaurant. To our surprise, the place was almost packed. The restaurant is right by the lake and has a beautiful location. By the time we arrived, the rain had stopped, so I spent a few minutes in the parking lot just enjoying the lake view. We got a table by the window because the outdoor deck was closed due to the rain. Otherwise, I would have definitely picked a table outside. We ordered: Shrimp Tempura - It came with 3 shrimp. It was okay, but we felt it was a little bland. Black Pepper Chicken & Shrimp Sizzler - This was the best dish of the evening. It comes sizzling right to your table, and all the smoke makes it look so tempting. It had 5-6 big shrimp, sliced chicken, broccoli, and other veggies. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. Easy 5/5. Chicken Basil Fried Rice - I like spicy food, and this one had a nice kick. Really enjoyed it. The service was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't serve tap water, so you have to buy bottled water. The ambience is really nice and doesn't feel like a typical Chinese restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience. We'll definitely be back, especially on a nice evening to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the lake view. Glad we found this place!

If you're looking for a gorgeous lakeside view, Double Ai delivers. If you're looking for good…read moreservice and good food...you may want to pack a snack and a lot of patience. The outdoor seating overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful and easily the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the scenery ended up being our entertainment because the service certainly wasn't. From the moment we sat down, everything moved at a glacial pace. It took forever to order drinks, food, and dessert. Somewhere along the way, our server managed to bring the wrong meals, completely forget one person's meal, and then act annoyed when we politely asked where it was. Impressive...just not in the way you want. By the time we finished eating, we waited another 30 minutes just to pay the bill. Ironically, before anyone could process our payment, a staff member came over and rather obnoxiously told us we needed to vacate the table because we were done. We explained that we'd love to leave...just as soon as someone actually took our credit card. That's when the owner arrived--with attitude instead of an apology. As for the food, six people ordered six different meals, and only one person thought theirs was okay. Those aren't great odds. Dessert didn't improve things. The lava cakes arrived cold (apparently the lava was on vacation), the presentation looked like an afterthought, and we were told there was no coffee available--even though we could literally see other tables enjoying coffee. Maybe it's a secret menu item? It's a shame because the location is stunning. With better service and better food, this place could be amazing. Until then, I'd recommend grabbing a seat outside, enjoying the lake...and lowering your expectations. My ratings: * Location & View: * Service & Professionalism: If negative stars existed, they'd have earned them. * Food: * Patience Required: One final disappointment--there were no fortune cookies. So, allow me to provide the fortune you never received: "Fortune says: Go somewhere else to eat." That's one fortune I feel pretty confident will come true.

The place was empty we were seated in between two parties on the left that were loud. My husband and I worked all week needed to relax unwind not happening now. Our food now comes placed on the table he quick leaves. Excuse me sir you're leaving I have NO utensils oh ok I'll get them. The girl took my order the guy came out with it. My chicken in the Pad Thai was over cooked not happy. Next I understand it is later in the evening BUT the girl starts sweeping the floor pulling out the chairs scraping the floor making noise. I have to say in a retail store we do not sweep or vacuum when customers are present. Shame on you, dust goes up in the air etc. restaurants need to know it is a luxury to go out and eat not a necessity. Restaurants complain about business being slow. Think about why a customer is visiting your establishment what is your culture how is your environment what type of experience are you creating for your customer will they be coming back? This was not my first time at the restaurant I do not know if I will be back from the moment I entered and sat I was unhappy. In today's environment we must think about how we are making our customer feel, you want them back.
