Tino was on time and very kind. I've recently encountered unbalanced washer issues with a Samsung top load unit. This would result in poor spinning cycles and that would result in getting stuck in this repeated cycle with water, washing, draining, and spinning. He did an assessment with the issue to ensure it was the appropriate place to resolve. He confirmed that the suspension rods needed to be replaced. I purchased them ahead of time knowing it was a common problem with the unit. He was able to quickly swap them out, calibrate, and I was able to do my test run. Tino is amazing! I called on a Friday morning with a dryer that wouldn't run. My son was heading back to college Sunday morning and needed clean clothes. He arrived in about 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem (we needed a new motor) and gave us a few recommendations. We opted for a refurbished motor with a 1-year warranty. He said he had one and could come back that evening. 30 minutes later he called to say he found a motor nearby and was on his way back. Tino fixed our dryer about two years ago when the heating unit failed. He fixed the heating problem. The dryer was starting to squeal a little then but he said if we could deal with it, it should last a little longer. if it got too loud, call him back and he would replace the rollers. He gave us an estimated cost for the roller replacements (parts and labor). Well, two years later, my wife decided the squealing was now too loud. I called Tino again and he came out quickly. He replaced the rollers, a band around the dryer drum, and vacuumed the inside of the dryer. The total cost was similar to what he quoted two years ago. He tells you what work needs to be done and shows you the worn out parts. I appreciate Tino's honesty and recommend him to anyone who needs repair work done on their dryer (I'm sure he would be great with our washing machine as well). read more
