(They did not know the dishwasher was almost brand new) They called to get my authorization to pay, and I declined to have the work done. They stated I need to pay the $69 visit fee only. Later I get a call from Kate, the dispatcher, stating I now need to pay $199 for cleaning fee. However, I stated I never authorized any additional services. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes for the total visit. There were small pieces of plastic there that needed to be cleaned out and the dishwasher is working fine. I guess I didn't need the drain pump to be replaced for $350 after all. When I called to complain, they agreed to take the additional cleaning fee and charge the visit fee only. They subsequently called to apologize and waive my visit fee of $69.

He repaired the ice maker and also located the source of the noise around the freezer fan area and made the necessary adjustment. Afterward, he tested both systems before wrapping everything up. One thing I particularly liked was how he separated things that genuinely needed attention from things that could simply be monitores.
