Accepted my online appointment with a confirming email and time window. As the window was being exhausted, I called and learned that they operate or promote themselves under multiple names and that they don't service microwaves. My online appointment request was very clear that I needed microwave repair even specifying some pre-work I had done on the microwave. Had I not called, they would never have shown up nor contacted me. After multiple requests, the person on the line answered my question that they were actually California based. Looks like many customers had a good experience, probably only requesting services that they were comfortable doing. The rest of us had our day wasted waiting for them and not being contacted when they chose not to follow through. While waiting, I passed up an opportunity to fill a canceled window with another service provider that had been my first choice. A big disservice to me. read more

My oven stopped heating about 6 months ago. I had gotten several estimates and was told it would me $1600 for the part and labor, and wasn't guaranteed to fix the issue. My Fridgedaire Dishwasher wasn't working properly. The water wasn't draining out at the bottom. After unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot it myself as much as I could, I decided to head to Yelp. I messaged and spoke to a handful of businesses and they all wanted upwards of $60 for the initial visit and estimate. When I spoke with Rick he explained that he was running a special with no charge for the visit. He sounded very courteous and professional on the phone. He was able to come by within 2 hours so I agreed. Long story short, he examined the dishwasher and found that it needed a new water drain pump, after trying to manually clean it and get it to work. We agreed on a very reasonable price and he completed the job the next day. My wife and I were very pleased with Rick and his company. He is very nice and accommodating. They sent someone out to repair my washer the same week I called, which was great. They gave us a window from 1-4pm and when I called to get a better ETA, I was told that the person assigned to do our repair would let us know when he was 25-30mins away. Sure enough, I got a text at 2:00p from David who said he was 25 mins away. A few minutes later, he texted to let me know he'd be here at 3pm instead because of traffic. Fine. I texted again at 3:20pm to get his ETA, but he didn't reply. 4pm rolled around and he was still nowhere to be found, so my husband put our daughter down for a nap. David arrived at 4:20pm--- 1hr 20mins later than the time he'd promised, which was disappointing and frustrating. My husband had to ask him multiple times to lower his voice because our daughter was sleeping and her room was next to the laundry room, but David said that's just how he talks, which was kind of inconsiderate... add that to the fact that he was already so late and it just didn't sit well with us. The only upside was that he fixed the washer quickly. We have dogs and the dog hair was the cause of the problem. Paid $225 to have him unclog the drain, which felt steep but it is what it is. I wouldn't use them again for the sole reason that David arrived way later than he said he'd arrive and he was rude. I had high hopes to just use this company in the future based on such good reviews, but I guess not. read more

Writing this just after the tech left. To start, their customer service on Yelp is excellent. Quick responses and professional tone. Respectful and transparent. A rarity these days. The tech who came over, Chingiz, was a thorough professional and very respectful as well. He diagnosed the issue and gave us our options. We ended up not going forward with the repair because the issue was the motor. It makes more sense to just buy a new machine. Have had a lot of repairs around the home done in the past few weeks. It's been crazy and the various companies have been awful to deal with. These guys, however, are a breath of fresh air. Our Frigidaire freezer was building up ice and the door wasn't closing properly, we researched some yelp reviews and decided to try 7 Appliance repair because of the good feedback from some customers. The dispatcher set an appointment and sent over a technician named David who arrived on time, diagnosed the problem , the price was a little on the higher end but we agreed to try anyway them based on the reviews. He stated it was a problem with our door hinges, apparently this can cause the door gaskets to seal poorly, which means your fridge/freezer works harder to keep the things cold. It can also lead to frost and ice buildup in the freezer. Ours had thin sheets of ice building up on the bottom. David returned a day and a half later, with the parts and was on time and safely socially distanced wearing a mask and even removed his shoes and wore booties when entering the place. David was very nice, neat and efficient. We also liked Franco the dispatcher who said all repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. We were happy with our experience and would recommend them to others. read more

My Samsung dryer stopped heating so I needed to find the appliances repair company. I called these guys, we booked the appointment for the best time and Rick came on next day and fixed my dryer, he also cleaned it for complimentary, it was so much lint inside that could easily have burnt. He changed the igniter just for $170, the company I used before charged me around $300. Also he took a look my dishwasher, it stopped cleaning dishes well, he quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned this spraying thing inside, it was just clogged.
