After researching the different type of tint I choose Tint City because they use 3M tint material which is one of the best ones. Called last Friday afternoon to get my Ford Fusion in and they were able to get it done that day! The lady at the shop was very helpful in telling me about the different types of 3M tint they use and was even able to show me a car that was just done the day before so I could see how it would look both inside and out. Once they started working on my car it only took about an 90 mins to complete the job. Their techs are meticulous when installing their product. Absolutely no nicks, bubbles, or scratches were present after the install. Took my car that weekend to Las Vegas and had no problems what so ever with the tint. I haven't even done business here and the worker called me up harassing me because I canceled my appointment, he left a very long voicemail about a two minute voicemail saying it's not professional of me to make an appointment and then cancel because they have to book their spots for clients. They were able to fit me into a cancellation on a Saturday. They sell 3M Crystalline which is great film for heat and UV. We've had the same product on multiple vehicles, and this is the product you want. In addition, they were quick and friendly with fair prices. Also they use digital cutting, unlike many shops that cut with razor blades and stretch and heat the film to fit the shape of your window. read more

I came here to have old faded tint removed that was bubbling in the back window. They did a great job and managed to save my defroster. I came in today and met with Art who was attentive and possessed exemplary knowledge of the 3M product line of tint options they offer. I did some research prior and knew what to expect. Art did convince me on tinting my front windshield and I am pleased all the way around with service and the installation was done in under 90 minutes on all windows on my full size truck. Money well spent and the warranty is the best you can get. The best part of it all. Im at a loss of words! I took my truck like I said I would in previous post and wow... before I left I noticed the back window already peeling and large sections of air bubbles on side windows... they took it back in and and took a heat gun to it... two days later I get back in the truck and when I look in the rear view mirror I see a 1/4" gap of daylight... I also noticed the two passenger windows have bubbles all over... so today I take it back.. ( btw they had another customer getting their vehicle fixed as well) they jumped on it right away... after an hour they pulled it out and when I walked around the passenger window had a 6" section of air bubbles.. the younger tech then started to argue with me... he told me its cause my truck is old... (it's a 2000 f350) I told him age has nothing to do with it, there is still water under the tint... he then said "well it's cause it's dirty"... I told him if it's dirty then he didn't do his job and I want it done right... (payed more to have them remove old purple tint) he takes the truck back in and redoes for the third time... when he pulls it back out I walk around and there are still air bubbles (smaller) but still there... he says if they just a dust free environment shop they would charge thousands of dollars for tint... I keep looking and then I see it... they filled the daylight gap with paint!! Are you kidding me?!?!? I payed a lot of money for paint on my windows??? How is this ok??? I took off work to have this done, I took off work to go back, and now I have to go back AGAIN to have them get rid of the paint and do the job right! I asked him if I have to talk to art and he said " go ahead and call him, he'll agree with me.. you don't have tint experience to know what causes bubbles" IS THIS OK ART??? ARE THESE THE PEOPLE YOU LET REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY?? I went back like I said I would so I could change my 4 star to a 5 star and this is what I get? A huge waste of my time!!! Trying to make a show truck to represent my business and I received a joe schmo quality and an argumentative employee! Where is the pride in your work? I would not recommend this place to anyone! I made a appointment for 10 am. And returned at about 4 pm. six hours later. My vehicle was still in the parking lot and they had not even started it. Def. Horrible customer service !!! I don't recommend this tint shop. If they mess up the tint on your car and you let them know no matter what they will charge you extra not. Definitely not worth the money! They say one thing over the phone and another thing in person.
