Horrible customer service!! Called on a a Monday and Made a appointment for Saturday first thing in the morning. First off they arrived late and 2nd they said they don't show my appointment. Asked if I've ever been there before and I was about 1 month ago with my sons truck. No records at all and I'm sure there goes his lifetime warranty. I have been bringing my cars to Tint City for the past 5 years and there's a reason I keep coming back. Never have I had to come get my work fixed or replaced, but if I did, I wouldn't have any issues. They use quality materials (3M) and it makes a difference. I got my windows tinted in 3M Crystaline which has a brown hue to it. After explaining that I was not aware the tint would have a brown hue, they did retint the windows in ceramic, which has a more clear look. I appreciate that the issue was resolved. I do feel that the communication & the way things were handled up until the point of being resolved can be improved. read more

Their tint is garbage and they are overpriced. I had to get the back window fixed on my wife's car, so it needed new tint. I chose the standard tint from Tint City instead of their expensively marked up tint because we only planned on having the car for a couple years. The limo tint faded in 1 year and now looks like it's not even tinted. I had a sticker on the back window that I recently removed which shows what the tint should look like. They told me I should have got the more expensive tint so they can't help me. The question I have is, why would a so called professional tint company sell such a horrible product. read more

I used Tint City to tint my girlfriends new 2020 Kia Sportage and they did an amazing job. From the phone call to get a price to the service, it was a professional experience. The shop is very clean and not a hole in the wall shop which is what I wanted. It gave your the impression that they do care about the shop and what they do for their customers. With a new car you want the windows to match the existing privacy glass and to my girlfriend that was very crucial. They were able to bring out the tint board and hold it to my window so I could make sure the tint was going to match. Once we chose the right one they went ahead and got started. They also had several options to choose from with different warranties they covered for each tint. We went with the 3m tint and it have 3 different warranties with it. I did talk with other mobile tint companies before I contacted Tint City. I am glad I did talk to tint city before setting up an appointment with a mobile tinter. They gave me information to make sure the mobile tinter was going to warranty the tint but also asked me if they would cover their work. After talking with several mobile tinters they all said the same thing. They warranty the tint by the manufacture but DO NOT warranty their work. If the tint had bubbles or any defects or they just didn't put it on correctly, I would have to pay for them to come out again. I was like are you serious! Why would I have to pay you again? Tint City doesn't just warranty the tint but also warranties their work. If anything went wrong, I would be able to bring it back down to the shop and they would replace it free of charge. Now that is who I want to give my business too! We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the services and the professionalism this shop provides from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to friends, Family and future customers that want to have their windows tinting by a professional tint shop. I can't forget to mention the lady that answers the phone and greets you when you go into the shop. She is very friendly and actually pretty funny. The job was to remove tint on an e36 m3, which I can say was completed fairly quickly and very well. The bad part was that they took my window of it's tracks and didn't tell me, I noticed on the way home but by the time I got back they were closed. I messaged them through yelp, since that's how I contacted them previously and too date I have not recieved a reply. I had to fix the window myself, which involved buying new parts. They did a good job on the tint removal, just make sure inspect your car before leaving the place because you won't get help after. read more

I had a pretty good experience here. I initially sent a message and asked for a quote. I got a response about 12hrs later which was no big deal. For my truck, I received a price of $169 which is about the going rate for my vehicle. So I called the next day and set up an appt. I spoke to Marissa who put me down for a 4 o clock appt. I showed up at 4 and there was another car ahead of me. Unfortunately they didn't get to my truck right away, but they got to it around 4:20. They said it was gonna be about a 90 min process, but to my surprise, they were done in about 35 min. They had 2 guys on my truck and didn't rush the job. They didn't skimp on the quality and didn't leave any bubbles. Overall it was a great experience and will tell everyone. read more

Just got my Tesla model 3 delivered last week, made phone calls to almost 8-9 Tint shops in the Inland Empire and many of those places weren't really comfortable doing the tint I wanted, and didn't seem to knowledgeable about working on Tesla's. I went with the Premium Package with 25% on the driver and passenger windows and 15% on the back windows. I did see some bubbling (see images attached), so I may have to get that fixed.
