I've used tint LA twice now and I've been thoroughly happy with their quality of service and transparent, fair pricing. The first car they did was my Mercedes roadster, last year, and the installer arrived on time. I had a small issue with the film peeling after a week or so but they corrected the issue professionally. My daily audi was done last week and even though it's an older model (1999 A6 avant) they still handled it without issue (it only has 84k miles so the seals are in great shape). Overall I am glad I found these folks and I've already recommended them to some of my friends. Will definitely be using them for my other current fleet & new acquisitions

This place was great. Their prices were pretty much in line with everyone else but I was able to get ceramic film for a little less than what other were charging. They are mobile and came to my house so my daughter and I didn't have to sit in so e shop for multiple hours. The work was fast, clean, and looks great. Would use them again

When the weather started getting hot, I thought of getting my front side windows tinted including windshield to reduce the heat inside my car. I drive a lot and left side of my arm and face get a rash during the summer. I kept putting it off til one day, I decided to go online to find the right company to do it. I got on yelp and saw many companies that do it. I went with my instinct to go with this company And so happy that I made the right decision. The appointment was easy and they accommodated me right away within a week. Pam and Paul are the owners and they gave me a great deal. Pam gave me many options regarding different shades and advice. I'm glad I took her advice since I originally wanted to get my windshield tinted really dark but I listened to her since she knows better. I was so happy with the result that I had them done my little office windows as well, since the sun bothered me a lot when I'm working. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Overall I'm very pleased and highly recommend! Thank you Pam and Paul!!! You guys are awesome!

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. This is a current issue, so take time and read don't go by these 2-3 year old reviews its complete bs. I had my past car tinted with this company. Came out great. But I recently got a new car and me thinking this would be a good place to head back to clearly I was wrong! For starters the owners of this so called business is not in here Granada hills, they have moved to Florida so it has became a third party company. Which means they literally pick up any random ass person that tints and sends them over to your location and start tinting your vehicle. I specifically asked for 5% tints all the windows front and back, and front windshield to be 20% make tints all CERAMIC. Cost of job was over $500. The guy that came literally rushed his damn job, second guy that came showed up an hour and half late to start tinting, once they are done, I literally see a scratch from TOP TO BOTTOM on the windshield, both tinters saw it and clearly ITS GONNA BE REPLACED. I'm not gonna pay for tints that are gonna be scratched up. I don't think anyone will! He ends up removing and does it again, he ends up telling me he's not able to do it cause it's dark so they need to schedule me another appointment. Some other dudes show up and they tint it again, and they left scratches on the right side on the windshield we told them about it and they said it should be gone once it dries. So we left it , 3-4 days go by and we still see those marks. I called them and they said they can have it replaced. But then I noticed that my whole back windows were SUPER see through. For being 5% they are suppose to be DARK. Day and night. Especially with having the windshield 20%. You can literally see from one side to the other so I went ahead and told the company about it. Pam beforehand guaranteed me that they were gonna be pitch black like my last car. They argued with me saying no it's 5% but I told them it's not, it's super light. They mentioned about having them tested with some meter, they come up with an excuse saying it wouldn't fit the glass to read it so they gave me my money back and left the tints on the windows. I had to Go pay and get them removed with that money and pay someone else to do the tints all over again. So now these guys came back to redo the windshield but I ended not doing it with them since tints have a different color from looking inside out. I told the guys just to remove since they clearly had to do it in the first place. I called Pam the owner of the company and told them about the situation Due to having so many problems and issues with them I don't want to deal with them anymore, so I just want my money back completely and go elsewhere. she told me she can't do it due to them showing up and doing the tint on the windshield but I had told her they had left right after taking it off. I told her to just refund me she didn't want to since " they still came out to my location" so I said fine let's do half the $175 for windshield. She agreed. Told me she would send me my $87.50. 3 days later still no money back, I contacted them and they end up telling me they can't refund me since it's not up to them anymore it's up to the person who tinted which by the way even himself he said " I don't know I can't decide if you can get your money back it's up to PAM" . So here I am today with still NO money back from windshield, no tint on windshield. They blocked me from calling them, since I'm upset at the fact that I'm waiting on my money to be sent over. Told me to contact the dude that removed tint, he even told me PAM is suppose to return the money not them. Truly this place has lost its touch. In customer service and customer satisfaction. I don't recommend this place at all. If you do decide to give them a long shot make sure you inspect the job. Hopefully it goes out of business soon smh. Pictures show scratches, see through for being 5% day time, and my windshield having no tint currently but still paid $175, and tint comparison. Lol trash company. Go else where, BEWARE!

I recently got my Honda Accord tinted here! My mom called for an estimate and the lady who picked up the phone gave us two options for tint and explained the differences and pricing. Very reasonable price and set up the next available appointment they had! Tint LA is a mobile service so you can have the option for them to come to you, which I really like! I didn't have available space in my garage so I went to their home location. I got 5% ceramic tint all around and I think my front windshield was done with 50% (if I remember correctly). The job was done within 2ish hours!

Guess who had the best Friday the 13th? Well it's this guy who woke up with 1 maybe 2 jobs. Fix interior issue & maybe tint my windows. After making my appointment for mid afternoon but hoping to reschedule for earlier time, my interior job got postponed & then opportunity for a great new local business popped up with that earlier appointment opened up. I had already met Paul who convinced me I was at the right place & would get exactly what I had been shopping around for. When I spoke with Pam she also made the process a breeze & made my day. On a Saturday afternoon, I decided I wanted to get the windows on my car tinted. I called around and most places told me they were busy until the following week or on a first come, first serve basis (with a crazy wait). I messaged Tint LA, a mobile tint business, and received a message back from Pam, 30 minutes before their posted operating hours. I received a reasonable quote for carbon and ceramic tint and was told they could do the job the following day, if I drove to them in Granada Hills. I booked the appointment since it was convenient to me and chose the carbon option. I was told the job would take 1 1/2 hours. On Sunday, I promptly arrived at my appointment and was greeted by Pam's husband. I told him I wanted 35% on the front 2 windows and 20% on the rear and he went to work while I waited in the backyard. About 1 1/2 hours later, my car was ready to go. The job looked great! I paid Pam, received a receipt which stated the tint had a Lifetime Guarantee, and was on my way. Pam and her husband were friendly and accommodating. Quick and easy! 5 stars!

I reached out to Tint LA about having the side windows of my Tesla Model 3 ceramic tinted last Saturday. Later that day, I changed my mind and decided to also tint the roof and back. Tint LA was able to adjust and schedule an installer for Monday morning. The installer showed up more than an hour early and did a quick, very professional job. Since I had never used a mobile tint service before, I was a little apprehensive about the process but am very happy with the outcome. I got exactly what I paid for at a reasonable price and with the convenience of service at home. I've been going to the same tint guy in the SCV for almost 20 years and thought I'd "roll the dice" on a mobile tint service to save time. You want to get you're windows tinted? Wondering who to trust to get the job done right? I was too within a half an hour of contacting them I got a quote and I was pleased with the cost of service. I originally planned to get my job done from another business who has done work on my other car just a week prior but he not only missed his appointment but I had to call him just to reschedule to a later date. So I decided to check yelp and came across Tint LA they were able to come to my house the same day!!! I was very pleased with that. I had a choice of window tint percentage they even sent me a picture to demonstrate how dark or light you might be interested in a plus and nice touch. Paul did an amazing job he has been doing tint almost as long as I've been alive. His workmanship is great attention to detail and understanding his trade is very reassuring. Pam handles the day to day communications and does a great job in making sure things run smooth can not I repeat can not beat the level of service. Forgot to mention LIFE TIME GUARANTEE! They use quality products so you probably don't need it but standing by your work is something this business knows more then a thing or two about. Couldn't recommend them more!!! read more

Just came here from getting my car windows tinted and I absolutely love them! (Got ceramic tint all around, carbon for the windshield strip) Took about 2 1/2 hours, but that was for the entire car to be done. Including the windshield strip. Very well worth it! Pam and Paul are such great people. I called several tinting places before I met the sweet and caring voice of Pam. She was such a darling and a straight honest person. I told her what I was looking for and she provided me with comprehensive details and package options. She also told me about their mobile tinting, which I thought was such an innovative concept. Being a new father myself, it's hard to leave the house and drive to a distant location. Being provided with an option to have a professional come and tint my car at my very own house was such a great idea. Oh yeh, did i mention that they are open on Sunday. Upon arrival, I met Paul, a genuine hard worker. We chat and I realized how professional and detail his work were. He invited me to stay and watch him work, and I gladly accepted. He took his time and explained the whole process as he went along with the installation. Paul is a straight shooter with no hidden agenda. He is honest demonstrated skillful craftsmanship. My car turned out amazing and I am for sure coming back to do the rest of my window. If you are looking for a location to tint your car, this is it!! I was sold on the product as spoon as I spoke with Pam. She was so sweet and accommodating that I knew right away that this place was the one. I had my windows tinted earlier this year and I was to have limo in the back of the vehicle and 35% in the front windows. after noticing a few weeks later that the limo in the back you can see through during the daylight hours so I contacted LA tint to take a look and see that u can still see through the glass. I went by there home shop and they took a look at my vehicle and they said that they have a 2.5% tint shade which is actually a more true Limo shade in so they charge me to re-add tint to the existing window of $25. at the time of my original appointment I told them I have tools stored in my vehicle so it has to be as dark as possible which is usually "limo" they actually have a 2.5% which is actually more a true limo which I needed originally ?? Now they want $60-80 to add tint again to the back 2 doors to make it Limo ? The lady that answers the phone (wife) said she would tell owners and have them call me back - it's been several days and no call back - this is the second time that this has happened so obviously they don't care so my reason to post review here. So be careful going here if you want a limo shade otherwise your gonna play the upsell game. Not good for a Buisness to perform like this. Film is also fading on front windows - I got there charcoal film.... Also my film when you look through the daytime lols milky - hazy like maybe they use wrong soap or whatever they use for there solution so beware. I had all my cars tinted before from other companies and this is a first for me to experience issues and a company that doesn't stand behind there work..... read more

Highly recommend this place, I called several places on a Sunday, almost nobody got back to us. Tint LA was already booked for the day but Pam told me that she will call me back if they were able to squeeze us in, I was amazed when I received a call back from Pam to let me know that they were able to do my car, I quickly rushed to their location and got the job done. My experience with Tint LA was nothing short of amazing. I sent a request for a quote on a Monday near their closing hours. To my surprise, my inquiry was quickly responded to by Pam. She presented a very competitive price range for my BMW. Pam was even able to squeeze me into their tight schedule the very next morning! They sent out Nicole to my home to tint my car. I won't let anyone else touch my cars but Paul. He's the best and makes it look so easy! He was done with my Civic in an hour! I love how they come to my house so I can get other stuff done while he's working on my car. Much better than sitting around a boring shop all day! My car is so much more comfortable to drive now. I highly recommend anyone reading this to get your windshield done as well. It's an extra $125 but waaaaaayyyyy worth it! They have really light tint that cuts the heat in half! read more

Let me start with . That's my official 5 star review for Tint LA and I recommend Paul all day 24/7. Paul actually cares about your car and the look/vibe your craving. Paul has tinted 2 cars for me, and fortunately, unfortunately, 1 of my cars 3 times (long story short ).
