Took my car in to have the front windows tinted, when i picked up my car, there was all kinds of white solution splashed all over my car. I called an spoke with the owner, and he was basically calling me a liar. Theres already a bubble in my tint. After reading all these reviews, i can see they have a history of poor customer service and craftsmanship. Shame on me for not taking pictures of how trashed my brand new car was. Called schedule a service, in the morning of my appointment they called. I explained that I was just around the corner an asked if could be possible get a ride back, they said yes. I got a ride from another source drop off the car, they called me to letting me know the car was ready to go. I explained that I need a ride back to my place the front desk lady urged me to go pick up the car, because was almost time to close the shop, 2:00 pm I remind her the according to the operation hrs was 4:00 pm she mentioned today was a special hrs and I had 45 minutes to pick up my car or wait till next day. Anyhow I got a ride from another person went to pick up my car. The batterie was completely dead, went inside and ask what happened my car is new. The owner got out of his office visible upset and told me that I need a new battery. Assuming I don't drive the car enough. The lady that I got ride from told him not to be so rude, he snap the jump cables saying he doesn't have to help if he doesn't want. we got the car running immediately went to Auto zone to test the battery . Nothing wrong with the battery.as you can see in the receipt. They left the lights on, draining my battery. Treating me to leave me stranded 109* outside, beside that called last week asked for a quote they quoted around $300, the total amount I paid is $closed to $400. My car is a small car, as far as the job there is few bubbles here and there an small scratch less that 2 inches , not so happy about that but also I don't want to go back to argue with this man. read more

Stopped by for a quote. The owner was very rude! I said "hello, I am here for a quote". He replied with "can't you see I am busy? You need to wait". This was an immediate turn off. The office smells of dirty dogs and he does not have a professional attitude or look with his cut off sleeves on his shirt! I don't recommend this guy to anybody. His prices ended up being more than anybody else in the area. I did not have my work done there. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I decided to get my car windows tinted at Tint Masters in fort Mohave. I am so regretful. They messed up my windows three times! And now they're threatening to call the cops on my dad and sick pit bulls on him. Swearing at him for wanting the car windows done correctly. They claim to have a warranty on their tint but that warranty is void if it is not installed correctly. I paid 300 dollars and another 40 in gas money to drive there and back every friday for the last month and this guy won't stand behind his work. We tried to be real with this guy and he's hasseles us every step of the way. If you pay 300 dollars for a service you should have 100% perfection. I now have a car with bubbled, scratched and wrinkled tint that I have to pay to have removed and pay for it to be replaced. I just bought this car off the lot and I'm devastated. read more

I just saw another ad in the local circular for this biz and realized it was important that I finally post my review. In reading the others on Google reviews (where they don't hide reviews) I see that the owner has a pattern of abusive, lying, cheating behavior. If you read Courtney, Jane and Israel's reviews on Google you will see that, especially given the owner's retorts and lack of accountability. I am the disabled woman in question in Jane's Google review and the owner's retort is a complete lie. I made an appt for tinting and walked into the office with my trained Lab service dog. There was a sign on the door that said "No Dogs Allowed." Period. No warning that there was a guard dog on duty anywhere to be found on premises. When I entered an employee came out from a back room to the counter where there was a closed short iron gate between the counter and lobby. He told me we don't allow dogs and I explained she is my service dog and I'm there for my appt. He disappeared into the back, then the owner came out and immediately got antagonistic with me despite my remaining calm because I'm not inexperienced with ignorant business owners on the topic. It took no provocation for him to open the iron gate and told me to take my elderly service dog into the back and "just see what my dog will do to yours!" I was horrified and simply, calmly stated "no thank you, I will take my business elsewhere." I left and put my dog back into my car and after ensuring her safety I went around back of my car to take a photo of his building to prove there was no signage warning of a guard dog on duty or any other warnings other than the common No Dogs Allowed sign. It was then I noticed he had gone to get the pit bull and followed me out of his building WITH the dog unleashed to come after us. You will see it in one of my photos. When he saw I had a camera in hand he ushered the dog inside and came at me, getting in my face and further threatening me. That is why my friend, a retired 27-year police officer, called the police to report him. Not I. I was too traumatized. Had I been determined to ruin his business I would've already reported him to the ADA and Attorney General. Now months later and seeing his lies and repeated customer abuse I will. This man, the owner of Tint Masters in Fort Mohave, behaved like a menace and his unpredictable rage is evident in his mistreatment of customers. He not only threatened to bring his pit bull out of the back where I didn't even know it existed to destroy my service animal, but he purposefully brought him out to do it! The police blew it off and told me to file a lawsuit. FYI: It is Federal Law that trained service dogs are allowed ANYWHERE a disabled person goes unless it threatens a normal course of business, such as in a public zoo or ICU. I later took my car to Flawless Tinting in BHC where they did an amazing job on my entire GMC and promptly refunded my portion for the windshield ceramic that I didn't care for. Flawless's manager told me their owner used to bring his dog onsite but if a service dog came on the premises that they would simply lock him in the back to avoid any confrontation, like a normal sane business would do. It is obvious why Tint Masters has to spend money on aggressive advertising campaigns when Flawless Windows doesn't have to advertise. Oh, and their price was much better! read more

The owner refused me service because I did not want to go into their tiny office w/o them wearing face masks. I asked if we could continue the estimate w/o going inside and he told me to "just go away then". Zero concern for my health. If he does not care about me, I sure would not trust him with anything else. RUDE!!!!! I was very nice about my concern and politics has nothing to do with it. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the tinting that Tint Masters did on my vehicle. I drove 40 minutes to their location and then they left a large gap (1/2 inch) of bare window on the passenger side which I unfortunately didn't notice until I returned home. I called several times and left messages to let them know that I needed the window to be fixed but I never heard back from them. They also quoted one fee over the phone and then quoted $30 more fee upon my initial arrival. I ended up having another more professional tinting company remove their crappy tint and retinted my windows. i should have read the reviews before having made the appointment with them. It would have saved me a lot of headache. I do not recommend them at all. read more

Very dishonest owner. Quoted a price over the phone and take my Brand new car to them to get tinted. They call me several hours later to pick it up and say cash only was quoted $280 and that was fine. I get to them and pick it up and now they want $315 cause the short guy behind the counter quoted the price wrong. I asked the owner well that's not my fault I brought the money you requested and he immediately gets nasty and confrontational. All cause his company made and error and takes it out on his customers. Very bad business man. And the tint work they did wasn't even that great. Do yourself a favor and find another company. These guys are crooks. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star if I wasn't forced to just to write this review! I called around pricing window tint for my Durango, I ended up using Tint Masters because they were close and comparable. I spoke to a woman named Julie and another male employees 3 times before actually taking my car in to ensure I would get what I wanted. I was quoted $225. I explained that due to severe migraines I would like the strip across the front windshield to be limo, and the entire back of the vehicle to have limo over the factory tint. My exact words were (as close to black as possible without spray painting it, (Julie agreed). On Thursday 3-13-14, I sent my friend to drop the car off for me at 11am. I called and told Julie she was on her way, we went over what I wanted AGAIN! During the "drop off" my friend was texting me saying they would do 15% all around and that "I don't need limo" as if that's THEIR CHOICE TO MAKE! I texted back that if I'm paying for it then I better get what I want. She said they agreed. But since that annoyed me, I called AGAIN to make absolute certain they understood what I wanted. Julie said "yes it will be limo, you'll love it"! I went to pick my car up at 4:00pm, instantly I noticed how light the windows were and I commented. The owner Sid Hawkins just shrugged and said "that's limo" I had a kitten with me and Julie grabbed it and started conversation with me while Sid took my debit card. I wasn't paying attention and just took my receipt and left. As I checked my bank account about an hour later I noticed they charged me $271 instead of the quoted $225. So I called the next morning and got the other male employee on the phone who told me I was misquoted for a small SUV price. Now, I really wouldn't have cared about the extra money if the job were done right. And I won't even go into the creases and bubbles in the tint. So I asked about the percentage on the back windows because I think it's too light. He then tells me that they put 15% over factory and that IS LIMO!!! AFTER ALL THOSE CALLS AND THEY STILL DID IT THEIR WAY! I said to him that Julie assured me it would be done right. He says "Julie doesn't know anything about tinting and she thought she was doing you a favor" exactly what favor was she doing for me? He said he couldn't fix this and Sid was out for a funeral and would call me on Monday! Which he did, when I spoke with Sid I attempted to explain my problem at which time he became extremely defensive and told me that he did what my friend told him to do. And then tried to tell me that my friend said limo would be too dark! (I'm sorry but that statement wouldn't come out of the mouth of anyone that knows me, especially not this person). So I told him aside from that not being true, it isn't her car and I already told Julie what I wanted and then reaffirmed it when the car was dropped off! Sid then began yelling at me asking if I was calling him a liar, demanded to talk to my friend, called her a liar and then hung up on me. I called back and he yelled at me again telling me to shove it and he would NOT be giving my money back or fixing his mistake, then he hung up on me again! So we went down to tint masters where Sid proceeded to threaten us with the police, called me a fat bitch, and a liar, had his male employee lie infront of me about our conversation, and then he contacted the police saying I was irate! This man is insane! He is not only incompetent but he is a loose cannon who verbally attacks women. He actually tried to get into a physical fight with my friend who is a woman! So now I guess I get to deal with the unfinished windows all because Sid Hawkins thought he knew what was better for me than I did! Is it too much to expect a business to give you what you ask for around here? It seems like many of the local businesses around here just want to take your money any way they can get it, even if it means putting their reputation on the line. It's sickening! Stay away. When I went to pick my truck the owners son (mini Sid ) told me there was dirt in the tinting and he needed another day to fix. When I came back the next day the owner (Sid) said it was my fault because their was sand in the seams of my seats and in Ft. Mohave their was sand in the air. He would not make it good and instead took out the tinting leaving glue all over the window. Stay away from this guy. He is a jerk. read more

Nicely ran business. They stand behind their work. Recently had tint put on new truck. My sensitive eyes seen minor flaw but it was always in my line of vision. (Made the beautiful AZ horizon look blurry). The owner was kind enough to redo my tint without making me feel guilty or overly fussy. I was so happy about that because it's a vehicle we plan on putting many miles on and keeping a long time. I have perfectly tinted windows to look through. Now I'm happy read more
