I called for an estimate and right from the phone customer service was already great. They didn't sound rude or anything, they explained everything and they were super helpful. Coming into the shop, Danny helped me and thoroughly explained to me the different tints and prices. He doesn't pressure you with going for the most expensive one but rather explains it's benefits. They were very accommodating with a cool (ac) and TV waiting area because it does takes roughly 2 hours. The tint Job is fantastic and it looks really well done. They whole team is so professional that everyone should just come here to get their windows tinted. Other places a called charged 220 the minimum for my car (2015 Toyota Corolla Sport). This was my third time doing business here and I have always been totally satisfied with the work. First job was a chip repair to my wife's windshield that she was sure would end up being a total replacement. Instead they fixed it in no time at all and the result is hardly visible. Next was tint for her car and she couldn't be happier. Lastly I had all windows tinted on my new car and not only was the price very good, but the results are stunning. I was recommended to bring my vehicle here by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I've had encounters with a local shop, but was unsatisfied. I brought my car in 2 months prior for a quote and did not feel pressured at all by Danny. Very professional and told me to come back whenever I was ready. He told me the prices and told me to decide what I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured to purchasing something I didn't want. I had the freedom. I finally came back in today and was completely satisfied. I went with 35% all around and 70% Crystalline on the windshield. I'll definitely recommend Tint Masters to anyone looking for quality. I called these guys and made an appointment, right away I knew I was dealing with an upscale shop. They sounded very professional over the phone and took time to answer all my questions. They explained the different tint they had and which would look best on my car. I've had my cars tinted somewhere else but decided to give this shop a try, and let me tell you their work is truly flawless. It makes such a big difference where you take your car to have it done since window tint is a permanent thing that will always be there so perfection is a big factor. Just got the windows tinted on my 2015 Mercedes CLS and what an easy and hassle free experience these guys made it. They took time in answering all the basic questions I had from tint shade recommendations to how long it would take to perform the job and sure enough everything went as promised. I dropped it off at 9am and got a call around 11:30 by the secretary to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. A small shop but well managed. I was shown all three qualities of tint they provide but was not pushed into buying the most expensive. My car took a little bit longer to finish than expected but definitely worth it, and they made sure I was taken care of. Danny called me and apologized for the delay, which is something that most shops wouldn't do. The 3M tint comes with a solid warranty and although I hope to not need it, it is nice to have in my back pocket just in case. My 2011 BMW looks sick now. Went in today with not knowing what I wanted and Raj, the owner, went over all of my options and helped me on what to choose from in a very friendly manner. I was very impressed and they told me it was going to be around 2 hours and they were not wrong! If you need a ride somewhere, they will take you, but I stayed in the little lobby and watched the tv that was provided for the customers. Danny is the best! He gave me such a great experience when I took my Volvo in for tinting. I have come here on several occasions for different cars that needed some window fixing, but this is my first experience with tinting and I am so happy I came here! I was lookin around for places to tint my husbands car windows for a last minute christmas gift and called Thursday afternoon, tint masters Merced was able to get me in Friday morning first thing. I was offered coffee and a delicious cookie as I waited and the owner was extremely pleasant, he gave me ammonia free glass cleaner for after wards. This is what I call great service. If you are looking for window tint removal or repair, I would highly recommend this place. I got pulled over for the tint on my front windows and needed to get it removed. I took it to Tint Masters and they were able to remove all of the tint. Additionally, they gave me a great deal on repairing the original tint on one of my rear windows after I accidentally scratched it while loading a large item. I was in and out after about 35 minutes and I could not be more pleased with their work and prices. read more

I came here a few months back and the service was horrible the tint was horrible. My mom told me that new owners had taken over and that why she stopped going but now the old owners took it back over and its back to the same quality and customer service! They charge great prices too! I highly recommend now that the old owner Danny is back!! I saw other reviews that said they take a long time but I would wait longer for a great quality any day.
