At the time- I spoke with two people prior to leaving my vehicle there. I was assured up and down that it was no problem. When i returned they tinted the windshield brow how i specifically asked them not to. I asked them to do it the way they said they would initially and i was charged for the correction. I also noticed that my steering wheel was cut up on the bottom and they scratched my dash on a brand new vehicle. They were the first service i had done on my truck so i knew it was them and nobody else. Today- i had to purchase a new steering wheel and i get to look at the water streaks they stained my doors with every time its humid, as well as the scratch in the dash. They may or may not have been who dented my truck door as well but i noticed weeks later so who knows. I would love to get my money back and reimbursed for the steering wheel but i know that wont happen. Brand new Saleen F-150.. trashed on the inside. Id take this goof ball to court if i could prove anything in court. If you care about your car, go somewhere else.

Nadeem and his team are very professional and helped me make an informative decision when it came to the darkness of the film. Requested a quote via email and received a response the same day. The car was done within the turn around time I was quoted which is rare for any automotive service. My car was pulled into the garage and got prepped to get worked on before I left the building. The car (4 doors, trunk, and windshield) was tinted phenomenally and once the film cures, it will look even better. The only negative part of my experience was they didn't have enough 80% film to tint my roof so I have to come back to get that done. It sucks to need to make another visit BUT Nadeem apologized about the inconvenience and gave me options/alternatives. Honestly it wasn't a big deal because options were given. Sometimes businesses run out of things. It happens and it's nothing to be mad about. Options/alternatives are huge. Most places would have said sorry or have given you something you didn't want without telling you but Nadeem didn't do that. 5 stars all the way around!

5 Stars for Tint World! I made a few calls to get quotes, Tint World was right in line with others and had great reviews. It was also pretty close to me. I called and scheduled a day in which I could drop off the car. They tinted my windows with high quality ceramic film and added an "eyebrow" or stripe across the front windshield. I wanted to keep my windows street legal which was a concern and Nadeem kept me in compliance. I thoroughly checked the window tint and Nadeem had very smooth straight cuts without any visible issues or problem areas. He was even able to get the small windows looking good in those tight spots. I highly recommend Nadeem at Tint World! He's very professional, courteous and helpful!

My recent experience at Tint World was really great. Nadeem was very thorough in explaining my options for window tint on my new Honda and I thought the prices were very reasonable for ceramic window tint. The car was done in about an hour and 15 minutes and so far the quality seems to be great. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future if it needs re-tinting and I will bring other cars here for sure. Will update this review if perceived quality is not holding up. read more

Great service - great product Nadeem is very responsive via e-mail and made sure I had all relevant information (why not to roll windows up/down for 3-5 days) on leaving. This place does an amazing job to make sure you are happily satisfied with their work. My Exterior is like when I first bought my car: able to see the reflection, paint has a suede feel to it. The interior had a new car smell to it, carpet and seats had all stains removed and it's just good to see amazing work being presented. Nadeem hooked me up per usual! I went over there to book an appointment during my lunch break. Nadeem informed me that the shop guys were in between appointments and can have my windows tinted within the hour. I walked down the street, had a little lunch, walked back to Tint World, and my car was just about ready in under an hour!! Just because they are fast does not mean the work quality isn't there. Visited Tint World early last week and was immediately greeted by Nadeem. I told him what I had envisioned for my new Chevy Z71, Nadeem made some great suggestions and made a appointment for the next day. I had my car detailed at Tint World and whoa! It seriously looks brand new! I mainly was wanting the interior detailed as between kids and hauling a lot of donation items around it was trashed. Not only is the inside impeccable the outside looks brand new! And it's a 7 year old car. My husband keeps going outside just look at it in amazement. Highly, highly recommend. The prices were competitive, but it's the service that earned Tint World 5 stars from me. I went in to have a rear view camera installed in my car, and the owner Nadeem was kind enough to give us a ride to the Domain mall to shop while we waited! I had some initial concerns about the installation, but they were quick to get me back in the shop and within literally 5 minutes they made the appropriate modifications and got me on my way with a big smile on my face. I failed an inspection because my front two drivers side windows tint were too dark. Read the reviews for Tint World and popped in and talked with the owner. He said he'd replace the dark tint with a lighter shade and have me out within an hour. 30 minutes later, I was out and using my Yelp 10% off coupon. I brought my new 4Runner in to have the front windows tinted to match the rear. While I was there I decided to have a light tint put on the front windshield to cut down on UV and heat. I got this viper alarm installed by the last owner. Normally it's hard to trouble shoot and not a lot of places will do that. After compared several different shops, reading the reviews, I decided to go with them. They were trying to help instead of ripping off. I'm not surprised with the 5 stars review here. The GM Jim is good guy and his magician Wayne fixed the issue in an hour. At first, I thought about just take the multifunctional installation out (easier and less uncertainty). Wayne actually found out the issue real quick instead of jumping in and removing it. He even had the remote start working for me(never worked before). It's the integrity and service that makes them different. read more

This is the third vehicle that Nadeem from Tint World has tinted the windows on my vehicles. My first vehicle was 2 years ago on my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. after 11 years the factory tint began to peel and Nadeem gave me a fantastic price. I was so impressed by the quality of work that I got my girlfriend as a gift a re-tinting on her 2005 Mercedes Convertible CLK320. You can usually tell if the place you going to get work done is any good by looking around the facility. We came all the way from San Antonio. As I walked in I knew I came to the right place. This is clean and professional shop with the owner Nadeem super friendly. My tint was done in a few hours and My wife and I were even given a ride by The owner to the Domain instead if waiting at the shop. Tint was superb and smooooth. I recently purchased a 2007 Eclipse and needed to have my door speakers replaced and all windows tinted. I finally decided to get er dunnn and went to Tint World on a Tuesday during lunch. I was greated by the owner and in just a few minutes he was able to answer all of my questions, thoroughly. In other words, Nadeem, was listening...he was not focusing on dollar signs. The selection and quality of the tinting film as well as the great selection of car Audio, made me realize I was at the right place. The car...my baby..."Hue"...turned out awesome. She is cooler on the inside now and sounds...well...just listen for me and you'll.... know miles away. Do yourself a favor. ..do your car a favor and reach out to Nadeem....he and his kick ass installers.....will do it up right.....the first time around. Great place. GREAT service. I took my car in to get 5 windows tinted, while I was there I asked them to install an eye brow. I got a call in a little over an hour saying the car was done to come pick it up. I picked up the car drove home and later upon taking a closer look at the car found a couple problems with the car. First passenger side rear door has an obvious line down the window track of no tint. Looks like the film got cut short. The second was on the Big back window, the film is loose on the drivers side. Should of known something was up when I got there to pick it up, and the tech was concentrating a lot of heat from his heat gun in that area. And third the eye brow doesn't go to the AS-1 and is crooked. The fourth is when I paid I didn't have the quote with me but later reviewed it and the charge was more then what the quoted price besides the eye brow which I added while at the shop. I have made many attempts to get the car back in and fixed, and this guy does not want to work with me. As a matter of fact, half the time he doesn't answer the phone. I will not recommend this shop to any of my friends and family. And I am thinking about talking to the media to do an investigation on this shop for fraud. read more

Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.

I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.

First and foremost, I feel sick to my stomach even giving this company 1 star, but unfortunately Google requires a rating. Please stay away from this actual location at all costs or you will be a victim of fraud! I first went in this shop on November 9th, 2015 to have my halogen headlights replaced to HID Bi-Xenon. I was quoted a fair price, at least that's what I thought prior to this nightmare, paid the $324.00 and went on my way. Just after 24 hours, I noticed that I didn't have HID b-Xenon installed in my car as we have agreed and as what I paid for. I noticed, the first time when driving my truck at night, that my high beams were still halogen. To anyone that knows, this means that only the HID low beam was installed - Strike 1 (lied). I called back Nadine (store owner of the franchise) and he began to profusely apologize and agreed for me to bring my truck back to be "fixed". This time, he stated he was ordering another pair directly from his distributor and would personally have his "best" guy install the new set in my truck. I dropped off my truck, left it there all day and proceeded to have the new products installed. Prior to this, he stated on the phone that he was going to go back to same manufacturer "Vision Pro" out of California and that he was ordering the "upgraded" version to make sure everything was perfect this time around. I later picked the truck up, noticed that the headlights still had a yellow tint to them but at least now the low and high beams worked better than before. Interestingly enough, I was supposed to have the 5000k which is the purist white available, yet the distinct yellow Strike 2 (lied). At this juncture, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to go back to his shop yet again because me and my family were moving back to Seattle from Austin and I had a 2300 mile trek ahead of me driving this truck. Through out the trip, there were several occasions that the headlights went out completely and luckily my wife was driving her car separately so I was able to follow her down the interstate for the last few hundred miles, scary huh? I assure you there were multiple times I thought I could die or at the very least get hurt. Especially since there was a 176 mile stretch to not pull over, no rest stops or gas stations or exits of any kind. Once we finally did find a place to exit, needless to say we didn't drive at night any longer. Upon arriving back in Seattle, I called Nadine (owner) to tell him what had happened and that I wanted my money back. After just a little shy of an hour conversation of my trying to convince him that I wanted a refund, even though his store policy has a 30 day money back guarantee, he finally agreed to reimburse me for just the hardware but minus the install costs. Reluctantly, I agreed simply because I was now over 2000 miles a way. had I been still local to Austin, this conversation would have gone down a much different path. we agreed that I would have the products removed and I would ship them back to him, while he would pay for a different product to be put in my truck by a local Seattle vendor. As of today, the local vendor puled out the products and the first thing we noticed was that Vision pro was actually not installed in my truck as promised, but they used Kensun instead. For those of you that don't know, this is by far and away one of the bottom barrel aftermarket kits a person can buy. In fact, the average price on Amazon is around $50. While I certainly don't have a problem with paying a margin nor even maybe a high margin assuming the whole experience warrants such, I do have a problem with being lied to about what was installed in my truck versus what I was told I was paying for. I quickly called and brought this to his attention and demanded for him to give me a full refund as he had committed FRAUD. I told him that what he did was unethical and illegal and even criminal. I told him that if he did not refund my full amount of $324 I would call the police, contact his corporate, contact my bank and file a fraud claim with bank... Needless to say, as of 2:51 PST today he has now blocked all of our numbers, my business numbers, my cell and home numbers and now even my wife's number that prohibits my even calling his store. My truck is in the local shop having legitimate products put inside but yet the owner, to whom had already agreed to just pay this vendor directly with is corporate credit card is nowhere to be found. I have tried to call about 6 times now to no avail. My next steps will be to contact the local Austin police department, the BBB and of course their corporate. Quite frankly, I am dumbfounded as to why anyone would allow for this to happen. It's pretty horrible for any company to defraud their customer's, but to at least not try and rectify the situation before it snowballs out of hand is incomprehensible to me on both a business and personal level. I own my own company, a service industry nonetheless. Stay away! read more

I took my 370Z Nismo in to Tint World and worked with Nadeem on selecting my customization and protection. I ended up deciding to go with the 'car detailing' that turned into paint correction, ceramic coating (paint protective coating), clear bra, powder coating the door handles, custom designed vinyl and a little tint work, 'the eyebrow'. I gotta admit that I was paranoid about having this much work done all at once. I was also sad to leave new toy, err car, for multiple days to get it done, but Nadeem made it so easy. Nadeem kept in contact with me along the way, let me know the problems in the paint detailing and how it would affect the schedule, what step they were on and always replied to my texts in a timely manner. When the detailing was done he sent me a sneak peak that shocked me, I didn't know that my paint coating had metallic it in. Now I could see reflections. He even let me come to the shop a few days into the process to oversee some of the vinyl layout work to make sure his team and I were on the same page. They use knifeless tape which allowed us to move the design around until we had the custom look we all liked. His team are real pros! I've been waiting to post this review for the last month to see how the work holds up after some miles and a wash or two. I'm happy to report my car is just as beautiful as the day I picked it up. The ceramic coating makes washing it a breeze, the powder coated handles haven't faded or chipped and the vinyl color is still sharp. During this waiting period I was hit by some tire debris straight on from the car in front of me. Everything protected did it's job and I only ended up with some light scratching in the vinyl that I'll bring in for inspection. Nadeem has been nothing but helpful even when the Hutto location has refuse & decline service to help me out three times in a roll. Frustrated enough that I'm only few blocks away from the Hutto location & have to drive all the way the the Burnett location which I may add that they never have a problem helping or deny me of any services. Got HIDs installed on after market projectors & purchases new ballast through them to get rid of some flickering. All went well but had to return to get to get the cut off line adjusted as the low beam light was beaming to high blinding incoming traffic. Nadeem took me in quickly despite a heavy schedule & had his technician took care of it. Month later now, the right ballast went out. Called him to setup appointment to replace it but shop is going to be close until Tuesday (Labor Day weekend) but instead of just leaving me hanging, he still manages to take care of me by recommending a friend's place that carries the same ballast. Nadeem ends up calling him to make sure that he takes care of the situation for him. That is what superb customer service is all about!! Of course stopped by the Hutto location giving the the benefit of the doubt thinking third time would be the charm especially since they would carry the same ballast yet refuse to help me again! Incredible experience with this place and Nadeem. Brought my new truck in one morning to see what their pricing and product quality was like. The quote was great and they were able to take my truck right then. Oh, and Nadeem loaned me a vehicle to get home and back when my truck was ready. I was very pleased with the car detail done on my Fiat 500 by Anthony. I was also REALLY pleased with the customer service and attention which was presented by Nadeem and his wife, Ambau. Came here on a chance because looked them up online, The guy that runs this place forget his name but he was very accommodating and helped me with a tint for my Range Rover. I am very picky and was able to watch them install and they did a very good job. I am very happy. read more
