I've been to various Tint World's in the US (Miami, Baltimore) and this is, by far, the best experience I've had. It's all about the small details. Nadeem took his time to walk me through both my cars and see what could be done on them, with regards to window tinting and paint protection. Before rushing into anything, he explained what the difference is in each category of tints and paint protection there are available, rather than just jumping to the most expensive package there is. He looks for the one that suits best for you and gives you options to work with if you are in a tight budget. Additionally, he also went to the back of the shop and did some work himself; helping his team with the window tint. Not only is he an exceptional owner and business professional, but a great person to sit down and have a conversation about cars and almost anything. All reviews for this location are great, but if I could, I would give 6 stars, based on my incredible experience. We were searching for the best option for a car radio with Apple car play and a backup camera. We made the rounds to several places that can do the service. We spoke with Nadeem who was very helpful. The only drawback (and the only reason I give them 4 stars is that I didn't feel like they had a large selection for us to look at. There were only two of the radio boxes that we could read about them. They had only two options, one with 100% Bluetooth connection and one with a cord to plug in and use car play. We did research and found that they models they recommended were highly rated by consumers. Also, in our online search, we found a version of the same radio that did not include a DVD player since we didn't want that. We did end up with them because I felt the most comfortable with them and they did an amazing job. They took the time to make sure we understood everything about the new radio and made sure we knew they were available to answer any questions that came up. TintWorld severely damaged my vehicle, claimed no responsibility, and the owner screamed and cursed at me and called me "mother f***er" when I inquired about it. Nadeem (owner) improperly applied 4 coats of GTechniq ceramic, which voids the warranty of the ceramic because it is not an approved usage of the professional product (he possibly wasn't using the professional product, though he claims he was, and this is the reason for so many coats). The car was strangely returned to me with dead bugs on the windshield (were they racing my car?). After just one hand car wash that carefully followed Nadeem's own instructions, the entire vehicle was immediately covered in visible scratches and swirl marks because of the improperly applied coat. Additionally, the paint was not corrected prior to applying the ceramic, as confirmed by multiple other detailers. Nadeem refused to polish or repair the coat, was immediately defensive and dismissive, and was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. When I told him I would pursue the damages legally, he told me to "bring it on, mother f***er." read more

After tint and a radio install on our other car, this time I went back with my new Subaru for tint and had the exterior Ceramic Coating put on and had interior protection done. It was absolutely beautiful!! I actually cried. It was really unbelievable how nice it looked. I expected it to look good, but it was so much better than I could ever imagine! The customer service and skill level are off the charts here! Besides having a top-of-the-line tint job done on my Camaro, they also fabricated a customized set of backlit shark's teeth for the grill. In fact, they've touched every vehicle I own! Four tint jobs, headlight upgrade, custom grill work, and a complete stereo overhaul. The stereo issue was my fault as I went somewhere else because of a gift card I got to a national chain store. Their "professionals" failed to inform me that the stock speakers, couldn't handle the new stereo they had installed without an adequate amp. Needless to say, the entire system shorted out and smoke even came out of the new head unit. I brought it in the same day and Tint World not only fixed the speakers and got me a new stereo installed, but they took the time to ask what kind of music I liked and even listened to it in order to recommend the equipment that would complement my music choice at the best price! I've used Tint World to upgrade the headlights on my Tundra as well. I came in with a specific set in mind and the owner came out, invited me to the stockroom, and took the time to show me several different options that fit my needs better than the ones I'd wanted. It's rare, in my experience, for an owner to be so involved in the day-to-day operation. He truly loves what he does, and it shows! Super excited! Great job! Nadeem was awesome to work with, and great work by Tint World! First, I contacted Tint World for an inquiry: I received a response within a few hours. The quote was comparable. The response time was faster plus the timeframe suited my needs. With an appointment for 11am, I called en route noting that I'd be a little late. Though I informed him before that I'd be waiting (vs dropping off), he asked again to confirm. I arrived & checked in before 11:15am. He had told me prior that it would be a 2-2.5 hr wait. I coordinated time to have my husband's car to surprise him for his birthday with the gift of ambient lighting and LED headlights and that I'd have to stay & wait. Hubby's "complaint" with his Maxima was that the low beams were like having the bare minimum illuminated. LED headlights fixed that problem, making him safer to drive at night! Ambient lighting was his "wish," and yeah, it's awesome! The keychain remote has buttons to control the settings. No color/lighting, 1 steady color (pick your color), or the option for colored lights to pulsate/change to the music - it's all there! Seeing that Waterloo was across the street and deciding to have lunch, I spent the majority of my time there though Tint World had a nice couch and other seats available. I returned to Tint World at just under 2hrs from drop-off time to find the car was ready "ahead of schedule"! Nadeem made sure to demonstrate the features that were installed and to ensure I knew how to operate them (primarily the ambient lighting system). The transaction was flawless. The owner responds with a racist comment and shows their true self. Not only that, but Tint World goes from having no reviews since May, to mine, to 3 5-star reviews all on 7/2. People, many of these reviews are fake and the owner has exposed himself for what he is. Sort the reviews and read the negative ones and you'll see what I didn't see before I made the mistake of coming here. Avoid this place at all costs. Did more searching and found better options (lower price and higher quality film that comes with a lifetime warranty). This bad experience was a blessing in disguise. Nadeem, you should be ashamed of yourself for playing white privilege as excuse for you to fail to meet a customer appointment (3-5PM) and handle the situation as poorly as you did.
