Went to this place for tint based on reviews and they absolutely killed it on all levels. After some responsive texts from Angel, I stopped by to check out the facility as a final deciding factor, and the place is impressive. I was met by Angel and a guy named Greg. They offered to take my 2022 Palisade in immediately (probably 8:30am). I accepted and upon telling them I'd just Uber home, Greg offered to give me a ride, which I accepted. Come to find out, Greg is the owner of a few locations in the area. Had a great convo with him on the ride home and when we got to my place he told me to call him when I was ready to go back and he'd come pick me up. WHAT??? Car was ready by 1pm. 9 large windows (sides, back, windshield, moonroof) done in about 4 hours with no appt. I didn't plan on doing all the glass but it was super reasonable so I went all in. These guys were so nice I didn't have the heart to call Greg for a ride back. And the best thing is, my ride looks SICK! Yelp should have 6 stars for companies like this. Wanted to get my two front windows tinted....I have used another company for 7 other cars with zero problems but a friend recommended this company so I decided to give them a try. From day one there were bubbles in the windows, I called to ask if this was normal they told me to wait 30 days and it would resolve on its own. Like I said I have had many windows tinted and never had a problem before. After waiting the 30 days the problem did not resolve it's self. I called and they advised they would re do the two front windows for me which was great, I made an appointment and drove an hour out of my way to my appointment. Upon arriving they stated yes we do see the issue but you need to make an appointment so we can redo the tint. I stated I made an appointment and even told them who I spoke to in the phone. To sum up the experience we argued for about an hour back and forth and they refused to accommodate me after I drove all the way to the appointment I actually made. This honestly been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Upon all the back and forth they told me if I did leave a review they would fight it and just have it taken off. This is obviously why they don't have many bad reviews. I don't like leaving reviews like But I felt the customer service was so bad (from the owner himself) I felt I had to because it was truly unfair and very disappointing. I just wanted them to make things right after I had no problem paying for my service and driving out of my way or making an appointment! Think twice before going here please. read more

I took my car in to San Marcos tiny world after a text consult including a list of what would be done to my car during a "ultimate "car detail. Including engine clean and dress, paint resto, interior cleaning and even odor/ ozone treatment among other things. When I dropped the car off I had pretty high hopes when the guy working the counter told me that it could take 4-6 hours considering what was needed to do to the car to meet there standards. I got a call 2 hours later saying the car was done. The guy who took care of the paint did a great job and they cleaned the carpets ok. Besides that it looks like every time I wash it myself. I thought there would be more detail. No shine in the black trim. I don't even think there was tire dressing. Had to talk them into blowing the leaves and dirt off the engine with an air hose. Didn't receive what I was told I would receive. I had hoped to go back for some tint and paint protection on another car but am not sure if I will. read more

I showed up about 30 minutes later, and Angel remembered the convo and was happy to help. He was super nice, let me know the ins & outs of tinting, and wasn't overly "sales pitchy," he was just having good conversation with a customer. I picked out what I wanted, and told him I was in no rush, so he said he would have it done by the end of the day. We were driving to my sons swim lessons when we saw the sign and we had been looking for a place to tint our car windows. We call them and angel answered he answered all of our questions and was very professional. Also when we went in the information he gave us was accurate nothing changed as far as pricing or upscale, it was nice working with an honest reliable company. There wasn't any sale gimmicks or tactics to pressure you one way. If I remember correctly tint starts at $199 with a 1 year warranty all prices above that level come with a lifetime warranty. I actually got my car done with Tint World several months ago but I'm only just now getting around to posting pictures. I bought the Paint Protection Film (PPF) for the high contact areas (bumper, hood, mirrors, and fender flares) as well as the vinyl satin black stripes. The PPF was installed exceptionally well and you would never even know it was there; I've had it for about 5 months now and there's been no issues whatsoever with it. I asked them to the stripes as well and Angel walked me though all the options and we discussed what would be the best for my car. The stripes turned out exactly how I wanted them and have had no issues since installation. Angel and the crew at Tint World are very knowledgeable and will provide the absolute best quality work for your vehicle. They know that it's your baby and they will take care of it as such and will consult you if there's any issues or if they have a question about what exactly you want done.
