From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. I believe Christana was the receptionist who helped me, and Brian handled the installation. Both were friendly and professional, and the tint came out perfect! The waiting area was also comfortable, with Wi-Fi, snacks, and coffee available. The tint made a noticeable difference in reducing the heat and added some privacy, which is especially helpful in Vegas. While they were preparing my windshield, I was informed about some scratches on the inside of the glass that I hadn't even been aware of. It was pretty busy when I walked in but once I got to her, it was a great experience. We went outside, walked the vehicle and discussed what tint % I wanted. Since they were so busy, I ended up leaving the car with them and came back before they closed. Overall, the work by their tint workers is very well done. No issues so far with dust inside the film and I really appreciate that they didn't leave the car a mess and it was as clean as when I left it with them!
