Monarch's owner Dave was extremely nice to talk with and provided a reasonably priced solution to clean, disinfect and deodorize my car. They were done in 2 1/2 hrs and my car's interior looked brand-new again with no residual smell whatsoever. It looked like rain was on the horizon so he cleaned my exterior but didn't even charge me. This most recent visit 3 days ago. The driver's side floor mat wasn't clipped back onto it's 2…read moreanchors. Which isn't that big a deal. I clipped it back on myself right there before driving off. But as soon as I started driving away. I noticed my aftermarket dash tablet angled down a little more than it normally sits. It was loose from it's holder mount. When I checked it's dash cam. The license plate of the car in front of me was almost out of view on the bottom of the tablet's screen. Upon inspection when I got home. The screw used to tighten to hold the screen in position was forcibly pushed out. I'm thinking whoever was wiping down the dashboard pushed the tablet hard enough that the mount screw came loose but I wasn't informed of it. I was able to tighten the screw more to adjust the tablet back to it's desired position. But it doesn't hold as tight as it did before. Aside from the damage to my dash tablet mount. They did a good job inside & out in terms of cleanliness of my car.

But do to my car being a midsize vehicle (Tesla Model Y), there was a $10 charge. And then there is a $3 fee for credit card charges. In my opinion, it's a pretty good deal. They do a good job. And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.
