Good customer service. They answered all of my questions I had when asking about the different types of Xpel tint they carry. Their pricing is transparent and fair. They quoted me what I was going to pay before I went down for my appointment. None of that adding on extras fees later on like I heard with some other places. He took time to walk us out in warehouse to show us all the offerings all the while walking us through the tinting process. I got my car tinted yesterday. The manager I think his ame was Kyle was very polite and sweet but the tinting service was horrible. first , there were bubbles and once they fixed those I saw scratches on all over my windows and the silver rim around my window was oxidize. Upon addressing, manager told me that I had scratches on my car previously and my rim came like that. He removed the film from one of the windows and showed the scratches which I had never seen before and tried to convince me that they were before. If there was one or two tiny scratches, I might would have missed it but totally scratched windows are difficult to miss. Also he tried to get the rim cleaned but to no success. when I reached. home and parked the car in the sun, I noticed some kind of spray on most of the car including the windshield. I think they may have been working on some other car in next to my car and forgot to protect my car. Manager brought a scotch brite and other supplies to show me that they use to clean the car and did a demo on the granite counter for me to show that they can not scratch the car. But I was not in the workshop to see what they actually did to my BMW. Also, they charged more than the quoted price and told me the Quoted price is only valid if paying in cash. They should have explained that before, so that I could carry cash with me. read more
