They also do drive through but we were parked so we just stopped by inside to check out what they have. Inside is nice and clean. Was not too busy as it was during the weekday. They do have bathroom and small seating area as well for those that wants to eat inside the store. They have variety of pastries, cakes, and bread to offer as well as coffees and drinks. We ended up getting few pastries to try. We got mocha bread, bulgogi croquette, creme brulee bread, and garlic cream cheese bread. The bread was all good and good quality. My personal favorite was the bulgogi croquette i had wish that i asked to warm up the bread before eating which they do offer. Service was good and i can see that they maintain the place nice and clean. Overall it's a solid bakery that offers good asian bread and pastries. The price is on higher side but quality was good. Good stop for asian bread and pastries. I always try to stop by these kind of places when traveling because there are not too many place like this back home.

Everything was orderly and still in stock~ The trays are stacked, and the paper for the tray is seen next to it, and it's self service bakery style with separate pinches, keeping all breads separate from missing~ Staff interaction was minimal ~ we weren't asked if we wanted to warm anything~ but I saw that a customer asked for it after our transaction. Some selections need to be warmed to get the toast savory bread flavor~ over positive experience and tasty bread~

I will add two photos of this gem..... one, before all of these great ingredients dance together and the other, when they're in full shuffle. I also tried their Cranberry Scone and I really enjoyed it. Soft and sweet in the middle and the slightest hint of crunchy around the outside. Thank you, Kudo, for being so close to our food shopping center and don't forget to sign up for their rewards program.

(Should have been a sign) However, the same employee that runs Kudo manages both businesses. The sandwiches were horrible. This is the first time I've seen dehydrated bread. There was a schmear of some sauce. The description and images of what you are supposed to be getting are a complete fabrication. I've eaten at Kudo Society before and did not love it but wouldn't leave a bad review as that was just my opinion but this ghost kitchen situ was offensive and I hope anyone looking to order from there finds this review to second guess whether or not they should. Anything without real life pics shouldn't be trusted. On Egg Drop, customer service contact redirects you to Kudo Society.

We ordered a classic sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll and this time, I also wanted to investigate their bagel game. I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and it took just a few bites to remind this newly transplanted Southerner that bagels in the Northeast are in a league of their own. Food comes out fast. We both watched admiringly from our tables as the short order cooks moved like tornados at the grill, furiously beating bowl after bowl of eggs to fulfill the counter endless string of orders. That's another thing. During the whole half hour we dined at a table, things never quieted. As soon as a table cleared, someone else would grab it right away. Over the years, I've found that when in doubt, it's best to follow the crowds. On most Saturday mornings, it seems this is the place where all the crowds in Ridgefield Park are congregating. This breakfast spot is as local as it gets. As a lover of small business, I can't tell you secretly happy I get to see lines at the door here while the Dunkin Donuts across the street languishes.

Java Day Cafe came up and it was really close to both of us so we decided to come here. The place is nestled in a small strip mall with other stablishments so luckily that means there's ample parking. There's also a fair amount of seating. You order at the counter and let them know if you want to take your food to go or if you'd like to dine-in. I was pretty hungry coming off a 12-hour shift so I got the Hungryman sandwich with a hash brown on the side. They have a few options as far as French toast goes and my girlfriend decided on Nutella stuffed. Our food came out rather quickly considering how busy they seemed to be. A few other parties were dining in and a good amount of people picked up takeout. My sandwich was much bigger than I anticipated but it was delicious. The various meats brought the saltiness and savory flavor I was looking for and it all paired well with the eggs and cheese. The bread it was served in had a nice crunch to it which is always appreciated. The sandwich was great but the next time I get it I have to add the SPK (salt, pepper, ketchup for you non-Jerseyans). I also tried some of my girlfriends French toast. It looked really good and I think I saw them take a picture before bringing it to our table. I'm not mad at that, as a Yelper I'm a firm follower of phone-eats-first! The French toast was delicious. It wasn't overly sweet and the bread had the all-important crunch. Walnuts also added good texture to everything. I think the only thing stopping me from rating this place 5-stars is the price. It's definitely on the pricier side. My girlfriend and I got coffees with our food and everything came out to a few bucks short of $50. Nevertheless, a very solid breakfast spot. I could see myself coming back. I found it weird that they have such nice plates but they only have plastic utensils. Not a knock on them, just a quirky thing I noticed.

I would say Service is pretty nonexistent as you order on the counter and you see yourself with no waitressing. The cashier lady was also pretty rude and not accomodating to my request (make my drinks less sweet) so they lose a store for that. Atmosphere is cute and vibes are great, definitely has modern and traditional Korean vibes. However, I would not say that this is like a traditional tea house? Having been to A LOT of tea houses in Korea, their menu and concept is definitely far from what a traditional teahouse is like. For instance, a traditional teahouse would have assorted rice, cakes and traditional, Korean desserts, however, I feel like this place used modern French pastries, and put a Korean twist on them, which I would say is not very Korean in reality. Baked goods were OK. It tasted stale. Losing a star for that as well.
