To the owner/s of this place, your venue is great but your staff makes it worth revisiting! Miles was very patient, friendly and just wonderful. We were a family of 4, rushing in shortly after 6. We had to call to find out where exactly you guys were and he was super patient giving us directions. We got there, he was the only one working so he had people to check out and us, to check in. He was just great! Never rushed either parties and he looked genuinely pleased to be working there. Writing this, in case you have no idea you've got a gem in him. Thanks, Miles! OMG!!!! LOVE LOVE the Candy Land Board Game Theme. The staff are so nice at this mini golf. We went for our Wedding anniversary and had such a great time. The staff recommended the 3D glasses. We loved the glasses. That makes it so trippy. We admit we could only make it to hole 10 with the glasses on. I wish we could have made it through the whole course wearing the glasses but I started feeling motion sick so we both took them off. This is a black light course so wear your favorite neon . And like I said 3D glasses is just such a great added bonus. SO colorful. The walk way was fantastic. It really made me feel like I was on a HUGE Candy Land board game. TALENT did such a great job at the art for this mini golf course. I have already told all my friends about it. So I know they will all be going. It is located in Norfolk Premium Outlet. Lots of parking. We both had so much fun. I did make a hole in one but It was total LUCK. Most of the holes were a Par 3. They do not have what Par is on any of the holes but I'm telling you these are a Par3. My husband and I love mini golf so I can tell you this one was fun and so pretty and this is all inside mini golf. You have got to try this mini golf and definitely use the 3D glasses. I took my wife here on a mini date and we had a blast. This place is located at the Norfolk Premium outlets and was pretty easy to find. I found a great deal on Groupon, $15.20 for two people and had no problems using it. Everything glows up nicely, the course is clearly marked, and it wasn't too difficult to navigate through the course. The staff was nice and it took us about an hour to get through the course. TIP: if you have contacts wear those instead of glasses. It's very difficult to wear the 3-D goggles over glasses. My wife and I both have glasses so we didn't get to experience the 3-D effects as much as non-glasses wearing folk. Overall this was a fun date night that was really worth the value especially if you use a Groupon! read more

My sons and I arrived here around 1:20pm on a Saturday afternoon to do an activity while visiting from NC. I found them on Groupon, where they had a good deal. This is located in Norfolk Premium Outlets. The cashier (Emily) was VERY friendly and helpful! She has an amazing personality and engaged well with my boys. She even took pictures for us after we finished. They have glow sticks and necklaces for sale. One of my sons got one. We were given putters and a score card. We each picked out a ball from the bucket. We were offered 3D glasses that we took, but ended up not wearing throughout. The whole place is a Candy land theme, which was nice and fun. There was a scavenger hunt at the bottom of the score card. The playing area was a little small and the holes were fairly close together. They so clearly label the areas with incline and where/when you need to step, which is great. We stayed about an hour. I would say 30-60 minutes would be average but it would depend on the parties ahead of you. At the end, there is a mini arcade area and an area to host a birthday party. Overall, great experience. Good, clean fun on a sweltering hot evening. It was a nice way to spend quality time with my husband. It offers shelter from the heat, or inclement weather. On this day it was particularly hot outside. The inside climate was comfortably cold, but not freezing. Check in at the desk, pay with either cash or card (but call ahead to confirm), they do offer military discounts with proof of ID. You then receive your putter, pick your ball and staff will inquire whether you want to keep score and whether you would like to wear 3D glasses (included but needs to be returned), just be sure to return them upon completing your 18 holes or you will be charged. Equipment & 3D glasses were immediately sanitized by staff after use which is always reassuring. Hand sanitizer was available for use upon exiting, which we used. It was just two of us and it took us roughly 35 minutes to complete the 18 holes. It's also contingent upon how many groups are ahead of you and how large the groups are to determine how quickly your game will run and of course your par. The course contains numerous drops in elevation, but fortunately provides signage where this occurs. However, in abundance of caution, I did still check other areas by placing the putter on the surface in front of me prior to stepping. The candy images are raised, they are the obstacles/banks so make sure to walk around them. The course is fun and entertaining but by no means extremely challenging. It was a great activity for a game of friendly competition and for rooting/ providing words of encouragement when the other player was on deck. If you're interested in throwing your child's birthday party here or whether you're an adult that wants to throw a party or event for yourself they offer party packages. There is a separate designated party area with chairs and tables, balloons and cutlery and the packages include game play up to a certain number, but options to add more participants are available for a charge. All I can say is thank goodness for the manager righting this day to give us a refund. We might try again (hopefully when there is not a party). A party was being hosted and the kids were running around crazy. Me and my mother were hit in the shin with putters by children and kids were just sitting on the courses not moving no matter how many times we asked them nicely to. The employees were both sitting on their cellphones texting and not being helpful in the slightest. We had to talk to the employees three times about it. They told us they had talked to the party host about controlling the kids once and that was all they could do. Then they would go right back to their phones. Like I said, thankfully the manager was very kind and gave us a refund over the phone. She was very apologetic and handled the situation beautifully over the phone. Definitely a solid 'good' experience. My daughter remembered this place due to a birthday party she attended here earlier in the year. She raved about the "3d candyland" experience. Genuinely inquisitive I figured sure let's give it a whirl. I gotta admit, when you put those 3d glasses on, it's pretty wild. The color transitions can really throw you for a loop visually. From an experience perspective, it's definitely very unique. I'm very glad we did it and my daughter of course, had a fun. I do appreciate the 'step' verbiage on the transitions as even with them listed, I still tripped and fell - lol. Overall, it's a good experience. I think the thing that would make this place amazing is if they had fun structures, etc. that made the golfing experience itself even more wild. (think moving windmill, etc.) The basic assembly construction costs of these things wouldn't be that crazy for a carpenter, etc. I know we'll be back, definitely a win. The only reason I give 1 star, is the option for none is not available. This place is horrible, starting from the receptionist. She was rude and said she didn't care enough to care because this was her second job. Didn't tell us there was a birthday party going on, so the place was crowded with children and parents who were too busy in the corner having adult time, smoking weed, and NOT paying attention to their children. The children were running amuck, throwing golf balls and swinging golf clubs at each other. I took my family for a fun filled Sunday afternoon but that's not what we got. Several children were running around the 18th hole where we were trying to finish our game, taking OUR golf balls and when we kindly asked for them back, several women (so called parents) threatened us for speaking to their children that way, told me "they're only 4, they don't know better " but she as a parent should know better. Continued threatening me and my family stating "you don't know who you're messing with" among other threats. We were just trying to finish our game and leave. And again, the receptionist stated that this was her second job, she didn't care enough to care. So what I thought was going to be a fun filled afternoon, didn't end up be so fun. We had a good time at this interior putt-putt golf location while browsing the Norfolk premium outlets, especially if you have kids. Just make sure they don't dribble the ball with their hands! While we were provided 3D glasses, we played without them because they gave us headaches after the first few holes. The holes become tricky due to various tilted surfaces that aren't apparent.
