Here for the second time, and my son loves it! There is so much for the kids to do; between ball pits, slides, trampolines, basketball hoops, etc. It is a good size and my son doesn't sit still for two minutes while in here. There is a good amount of activities for toddlers and school aged children to do. As an adult, there are plenty of places to sit down and relax. It's a fun place but dangerous for little ones if not supervised and I didn't see one employee that was not at the front desk enforcing rules or even barely paying attention. My 4 year old got in the roller ball and the staff member proceeded to roll her over without strapping her in. I cut it short when he rolled her on her head. The staff just paces back and forth watching kids break the rules that are in place for safety, like having one jumper per trampoline. The toddler zone is not actually reserved for toddlers bc again, no enforcement of rules. Could be a fun place if your kids are tough and you're not a worrier, but overall I don't enjoy visiting places where the staff does not do their jobs or watching posted rules be ignored. read more

Them kids were entertained and I was unbothered!! -rock climbing was included with the ticket, so no need for additional fees unless kids want console games. -staff was very vigilant and I didnt witness any injuries or issues of concern. -snacks, water and juice available for purchase. So - this place is pretty great. It is cleaner than other trampoline parks, and they have a LOT of staff on hand which is great. The pricing is reasonable and the variety of activities is great. Not just trampolines -- there are climbing walls, a huge ball pit, these human bubble things, and an arial course. Our first visit was so good, I booked my kids' birthday party with them. The birthday party package is GREAT. The price is lower than other trampoline parks we've used before (when you have two kids with winter birthdays, you don't have many options). Now, not everything went off without a hitch -- they weren't ready for us when we arrived, and there was some kind of mix up with our pizza order, so we didn't get the pizzas until much later than we'd expected. The good thing there is that they bring the pizza in from Gus's next door - so you're not getting cheap frozen pizzas, you get really nice NY style pizzas (though you only get the options of cheese and pepperoni). Then - this was crucial - my son who is autistic was playing in the dodgeball court with his BFF and accidentally hit another kid in the face with a ball. He apologized but this kid then chased my son and his friend, cornering him in the tower part of the park and grabbed him by his shirt. My son started to meltdown and his friend stepped in and pushed the kid off of him. The staff saw this and came to discuss it with us - we told our kids to stay away from that kid for the rest of the party. However, this kid didn't let it go and again chased after my kid. Staff again broke up the issue, and then that kid's mom came over and started shouting in me and the mom of my son's friend's faces - which came to a point where this woman actually put her hands on my son's friend's mom by pulling her hair! Clearly, her kid's behavior is probably a direct result of her own poor behavior. It was incredibly tense, but the staff intervened and made that woman and her kids leave the establishment. We were all very shaken up over it, but I was impressed with how the staff handled the situation. read more

Funplex Trampoline Park is an amazing and fun experience for kids located at the far left of the AMC shopping center next to the old Farm Fresh now Riverside. On entry is a very large area with colorful arcades along with tables and couches. The counter is there with drinks and snacks to buy, and grippy socks to buy if needed. Cost is about $18 for an hour. We were mercifully there on a weekday. I imagine a weekend is a chaotic nightmare. But today there was lots of room for kids to check out all of the fun bouncy stuff, slides, climbing walls and ride ons. Some areas are reserved for little ones but there is not much to attract any wild teens, thankfully. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Looks like children's parties are a regular thing and nicely spread out. I was impressed and can see weekdays in winter being spent here for short periods of time. They do offer packages and tickets online. Check it out if you have the resources and kids under 12. read more

My kid got completely jumped on. Many older kids were running around in the kids area and my 6 year old got jumped and shoved into the ball pit trying to play with him in a way of tickling him. I told the staff they did nothing but offer me a free pizza. WHO WOULD LET KIDS JUMP A SMALL CHILD. read more

This is our first but definitely not last time at Funplex. We came with both of our toddler girls and they had an absolute blast. They were too small for some of the attractions but that didn't get them down, they just went to different things. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I want to give Bradley a shout out for helping our girls, they kept going back and forth on the "rock wall" and he just kept smiling and helping them. They also have an obstacle/balance course that I went on. I also want to note how clean the place is! We come from California and Funplex blows them out of the park! All of the songs they play are fun and upbeat, nothing inappropriate. The price is also really good in my opinion, we did the unlimited play for like $35 and spent 4 and a half hours there lol. Do not be fooled by the video on the website. They advertise that this place is for ALL AGES when in fact it really isn't. As we were purchasing tickets, my 13 year old son asked if he could go into the ball pit and the girl at the counter proceeded to say that we could do everything except a small section for much smaller kids. It wasn't until after I paid that, that wasn't true. The only thing on older sons could do was play dodge ball and the obstacle course in the front and that was pretty much it. Signs everywhere about age and weight restrictions on almost everything. 1 jumper per trampoline, no running, no horseplaying, the bubble bumper area was only for up to age 15. The ball pit only for small children, the wall climb only for kids. I felt duped and what I paid for me and my kids was entirely way too expensive. My kids and I made the best of what little we could do but I will never come back. False advertisement for sure. We've been to many other trampoline parks and there isn't really any limitations as to who could play and what you could do. I have no problems spending money on a family day but I am truly disappointed. I wasn't the only adult there to feel cheated, so that made me feel better at thinking that I wasn't overthinking spending $155 for me and my kids. If you go, it's pretty much only for kids 15 and younger. Surge is a better place than Funplex, that's where we should have went, but I wanted to try something new. Biggest regret. read more

There was a long line. On the right side of the counter is where drinks are sold. So after my kids jumped for over an hour, they were thirsty. I went up to the side of the counter to buy the kids drinks. I had 5 kids with us all together. I bought drinks for 3 of the kids. Then the other 2 kids came up and wanted drinks as well. The lady behind the counter said it's too busy, and that we needed to get in the line where you buy tickets to buy drinks. Mind you, the other 3 kids already got their drinks and now the other 2 are told that they need to stand in that long line in order to buy two drinks. Needless to say, the other 2 kids didn't get a drink. read more
