I ordered mine with coconut milk, and I overheard one of the girls behind the bar say, "I'm all for people caring about the environment, but I need people to understand how almond milk and coconut milk make *me* feel." I'm sure she was joking, but I don't know the context of the joke, so it just made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and not welcome there. I won't be coming back, and I really hope the staff learns to be a little more sensitive to people's dietary needs without making them feel bad. I've gotten the boba tea here before. So today I wanted to try the coffee. When I went in and ordered I ordered one small iced coffee and the coffee was not tasty at all, I recommend Dunkin' coffee a lot more then this place. Then the customer service is also terrible as it took 15 minutes to get my iced coffee and the two baristas saw me standing there and just laughed until I specifically said something and had the audacity to come up with an excuse that had nothing to do with the situation. This is the perfect place to try bubble tea for the first time ! I've had bubble tea many times before but my boyfriend is a newbie. Tee was amazing, she helped explain the different types of teas and even let him sample of few. She was very patient with him adding the owners loved for them to explain the process to making sure you get the perfect Tea. I love how we were able to adjust the sweetness of our tea and that they offered free exchanges if your not satisfied with your order. We ordered the Razzle Berry Bubble Tea and Coconut Brown Sugar Bubble Tea. It was so delicious and did not disappoint. Like many restaurants their seating area was closed off due to Covid however there were plenty of seating areas outside. I don't live in Marietta but after hearing such great things about this Tea Bar I had to make the commute from ATL. Located in the square, parking can be tight (depending on what time you come). At around $5-7 based on drink size, your drink will be ready in about 5min and the flavours are awesome! If you're unsure of what you want to buy, they offer samples of every drink to help make your choice easier. I ended up getting a drink from their best seller list which was Thai tea w/ boba and yogurt poppers. The drink tasted wonderful and I wish I had ordered a larger one! Tiny Bubbles is 1/2 tea bar and 1/2 gift shop. Not only do they sell tea, but they also have baked goods and snacks. While you wait for your drink you can look around in their gift shop. If you're looking for a place to study there aren't many spots that look comfortable for a good study sesh. If you're looking for a place to hang out and kill some time, there are plenty of tables and couches for lounging around. I loved the atmosphere and especially the drinks. It tasted like powder... now I know that most of these drinks are made with powder but I've never actually been able to taste the powder like I was able to with this drink. I was very disappointed and honestly sort of nauseous after trying it. The tapioca is very small - i guess that's why it is called Tiny Bubbles? I don't like tiny boba. They gave me a huge cup for $4! They also have different options for people with dietary restrictions. They now have extended all the way to the back replacing where part of the Vineyard Gift Shop was providing ample room for customers to get their tea and stay to relax, maybe do a little work there. I enjoy the new decor kinda like banyard modern look from the dark metal light fixtures, to the wooden panel, to the huge barnyard doors that separates the gift shop from the store. This made it easier to close off the shop from the tea bar since the gift shop closes early. Including in the upgrade is creating a user friendly menu for those not familiar with bubble tea with visuals breaking down the parts of bubble tea. They've also included steps on how you order. 1) Choose the type of tea (creamy or clear and the flavor) 2) Choosing the type of pearls choosing traditional (Taipioca pearl), Jellies (aloe, coffee, or rainbow), or popping boba (green apple, lychee, mango, or pomegranate). 3) Sweetness - regular sweet, less sweet (25%) or half sweet (50%). They also over other sweetners like honey and diary-free options, a plus for me. My favorite is the coconut brown sugar and berry fruit tea. The coconut brown sugar is light and refreshing, not overly sweet and the boba was nice and chewy. To me this is the lightest of the signature creamy teas. The berry fruit tea is not on their regular menu (fingers-cross they'll add it). This fruit tea is made from dried strawberries, blueberries, rasberry, apple, and hibiscus making it a great summer time beverage. Plus, you can purchase the tea and other teas on the menu from the Vineyard gift shop next door. Tiny Bubbles is a nice addition to Marietta Square and convenient being the only bubble tea shop in Marietta, let alone the only one in Cobb County, so far. I like it. I think the place looks cute. Tiny Bubbles Tea Bar isn't your typical Asian boba tea shop. They're your good, old, American bubble tea shop. So it's not very Asian-y. It's very American, kinda like a Starbucks if you know what I mean. They share their space with The Vineyard Cafe & Gift Shop. I think it's a great idea to turn their "Cafe" into the bubble tea shop. Their bathrooms were interesting too. It was cute and small. They even have Poo Pourri in their bathroom with instructions if you have to use it. They don't have fancy Tea Sealer Machines or Boba Tea Shaker Machines. They do everything by hand. They don't seal it either. So you don't stab the top to drink. In fact, if you don't like the flavor, they can change it for you by adding a bit more sweetener or tea. Speaking of which, they seem very customer focused. It's not like Quickly where they scream at you and make you hurry along. They're very casual, polite, and friendly. I liked the lazy, comfy style. I tried their Pineapple Avocado tea, which is available limited time only, and the classic Taro Milk Tea. The Pineapple Avocado Tea wasn't bad. The flavor of the pineapple was good, but I didn't taste the avocado that much. I wish they had a pure Avocado smoothie. But until they get a blender, I have to be patient. Their Taro Milk Tea tasted good. They have dairy alternatives. So I tried it with the almond milk. It was interesting. Almond milk has a very non-milky flavor. It tastes like almonds. Like what Rachel says, they should have a different alternative like Soy or Lactaid. Also, the drink tasted a bit too powdery. Maybe they do need to shake it harder. But I still liked it. I have been wanting to try this place for a long while. My friend and I are ginormous fans of Boba tea. I ordered a Passion Tea with Boba, super yummy!! Customer service was excellent!! Then... My friend ordered a Vietnamese Coffee-iced, regular sized. What he received was a iced, Vietnamese Coffee with mocha. Let's just say, not a happy camper. The only thing that Baristas could do was make the drink less or more sweet or add an additional favor. I found out later that they can make a different drink for half the cost. Personally, I do not like this policy...this drink was one my friend did not like - he is not the type to complain...but after hearing what the Baristas could do...he was about to leave and never give this Little Bubbles a chance...I stepped in. I approached two workers, one just happened to be a manager...I asked the manager about the drink policy. They said they normally cannot make another drink for the customer if the customer is not happy. They could of course make the drink less or more sweet. Or pay half price for additional drink...I mentioned that this was our first time trying this Tea Shop and that I write reviews about the places I try...all pleasant experiences, but tonight was a little different....the manager listened and delivered a new drink...my friend drank the entire drink!! The teas are very artificial, and just not really my type of tea. I had the coconut brown sugar the first visit and thai tea the second. They both water down a lot with the ice which to me was a big no no. I enjoy tea flavor but within the second sip it was mostly condensed milk and water i tasted. The second thing i notoced was that on both visits I got stomach problems. I wasnt the only one, two other people did. Tea never does that to me. Until now, I've been going to Buford Highway to get my bubble fix. More recently, a Sweet Hut opened up in Midtown. But now Marietta has one of its own, and I hope they're here to stay. For those new to this, bubble tea is basically a tea + milk + flavoring of choice + tapioca pearls (aka bubbles). I tried their Nutella one since you can't get that every where. The consistency was great, similar to others I've had, but the flavor was bordering on too sweet. I may try one of their clear ones next to avoid the sugar rush. They have a good mix of flavor options that blends classics (Taro, Chai) with twists (said Nutella, pina-colada). Price is pretty standard, no complaints in that regard. I would like to know if the sugar content can be tailored to your liking too. Even just offering the "half" option would be nice. Don't need the 5-point or 7-point scale that some places have. The staff is friendly, and eager to answer questions you may have. They don't quite have a streamlined process of getting the drinks to you super fast like Sweet Hut-- but they also don't have 50 people in line. The inside is brightly and cutely decorated. Kids would love it here. There's some seating options, but overall narrow. And it could get crowded easily if there's ever a rush of people. Thankfully, there are some seats outside to offset the lack of space. Bonus, if you want to pass a few minutes while your drink is being made, the back leads right into the adjacent store with unique collectibles and gifts. read more

Let me start off by saying that Tiny Bubbles will not give you your traditional Taiwanese boba. I was spoiled for choice in California, but for good authentic bubble tea in Atlanta it seems like one's only option is the beloved Buford Highway (*Note the sarcasm, I'm new to the area, but can't go a day without someone mentioning this culinary mecca) That being said, Tiny Bubbles is a great option for a good 'ole drink. It's a quaint shop in the even quainter Marietta Square, has free Wifi, and offers you cool flavors like Peaches and Cream (the BOMBEST of them all!). Also, I've gone a few times since they opened back in April and I have to say that their customer service is second to none. The workers are very friendly. Initially they seemed to be overly generous with boba - I started asking for less - but I am happy to say that the tapioca-to-tea ratio is finally ON POINT. Ok. I hate to rant, but I officially won't ever be having bubble tea here ever again, and here is why. I have spent a ton of money here. I've not always collected points on the money either. But yesterday I finally made the 300 point mark. (Which equates to $300) The reward for reaching 300 points was a purse they recently printed that features their mascot and the logo. I collect kawaii purses, so since it came out a few months ago, I have been dumping money into this place, even though I know it's over priced. I wanted to support the local business at the square. I like the tea, and I feel like I'm getting a little back for the money I'm spending. I asked if I could get my purse now, and the cashier said she would get a manager. After being told on multiple occasions, from multiple employees, that the purse was 300 points; the manager told me that she refused to give me the purse because a different item that was worth less, was a higher tier prize, and it wouldn't make sense. So she said MAYBE if I got to 450 points, I could have it. Or 500. She literally didn't know which. She had not figured it out yet. I was so upset, I couldn't even finish my tea. I just gave it away. What if I had a child that had their heart set on it? Would you have given it to me then? Here is what I want the management to take away from this. 1. Clearly list and communicate the prizes and their point value with your employees. 2. When deciding on your prize values, do it BEFORE someone comes to collect the prize. 3. If I was the manager I would have awarded the prize and THEN changed the value, not waited until a customer, who had their heart set on a specific prize, came to collect, and then rip it away. At this point, I don't want it any more. I am left with such a bitter taste, I will NEVER be back. And I will NEVER bring my friends here again, and I will always suggest someone go to Sweet Hut or Pop! Bubble Tea. It's unfortunate that after all the positive reviews I've given, all the social media posts I've made, and all the good word I've spread, and all the money I have spent, has to be changed, just to make a point. read more

Although, Tiny Bubbles does offer an amazing cold brew coffee! The atmosphere is cool and welcoming, as is the staff. My favorite tea flavor is the lavender milk tea and the coconut brown sugar signature blend. However I have not tried them all so that may change!! There's a SWEET HUT 10-15 min (depending on traffic) up north in Kennesaw that's 100% better that has real boba, food AND bakery goods. There's also a place called SNOWVILLE SHAVERY 10-20 min away on Roswell Rd that also has real boba tea & shaved ice cream. Both are worth the trip detour. The tea is also something only little children or adults with an extreme sugar tooth would like. It's far from TEA.
