I'm running out of adjectives to describe how good these were. The key for super flaky, tender biscuits is using very, very cold butter and not mixing the dough too much. It was cool to watch people baking in the back kitchen. Got the quiche as well. Tasty, with a nice mix of egg and veggies and cheese, with a well-made crust, but next time I would just get more biscuits. Lots of free parking spots in front and nearby. The day-glo pink cuppy with lemon-yellow frosting and the tiniest pink sprinkles is just charming as all get out. The flavor is a home run reminiscent of that cool refreshing drink on a hot summer day. The CCCD had me perplexed upon observation. Chocolate cake, with dough colored frosting and a few chocolate chips on top. The frosting definitely tasted like cookie dough.
