Great little gem in the valley. It's been around for a very long time and has gone through some change in management but food is still on par! They're well known for their Philly cheesesteaks and burgers. Their ranch dressing is really good too. It's in a little outdoor complex near a gas station, liquor store, and some other questionable businesses, lol. There's a decent amount of parking. If you happen to go during the weekday lunch rush make sure to order ahead. It gets pretty busy and everything is made to order. They take cash and credit cards. I decided to stop by here to get a burger. It been like over 10 years since I last came here and I live nearby. This is a mom and pop place so you'll pay a little more. I went with the bacon cheeseburger deal that they had that comes with fries and a drink. The inside of this place is very small like four booth and they also have outdoor seating. It took awhile for my food to get made. The burger was okay with nothing special to it, the fries were very plain so I think they forgot to add salt and the coke tasted more flat. If you never came here then I would say try it once at least but I wouldn't come back especially with my favorite burger place down the street. read more

So this is your good ole fashion burger, breakfast, cheesesteak hut. You walk in and you smell the grease and smoke from the flat top grill. Just good tasting food for a good price. We got the cheesesteaks, fried zucchini, fries and a cheeseburger and we were stuff and pleasantly happy with our food. The person taking our order isn't the friendliest but isn't mean either he just wants to get down to business and get your order placed and handed to you. So I was delivering. Items I sold on eBay. Got off the freeway, and I noticed the small little burger stand but it said Philly. Cheesesteaks. Dropped off the package drove back to little stand. Staff is nice at this fast but fresh slot with both indoor and outdoor seating that provides parking but if you are seated inside, be prepared to smell like a cook. Small little spot in the valley. Easy spot to get to from the freeway and it made for a nice stop on our way back home up north. I had the Philly cheesesteak with grilled peppers and onions and it was delicious. Not your standard cheesesteak and I believe it could've either been a little juicier on the meat and maybe a little cheesier but it was nice and hot. Fries were well cooked but not seasoned so well and definitely from a bag. Still trying to find a local spot that makes homemade fries or rings. We also ordered an order of rings, which were delicious. Another freezer bag option but these were definitely the premium kind. Overall the service was provided by the owner and he was friendly and you could tell he runs a tight ship but overall nice and friendly service with a quick turnaround with the food. Good overall experience, with hot tasty food, along with eating inside, where it was nice and clean, for the little location they work with. A little pricy for the style of food but that had to be everywhere these days. If I had a chance I'd definitely go here again, maybe passing through and way better than the average fast food joint. First timer here. The restaurant looks like authentic diner from 60s. They have a small dining area and a patio outside. The portion is big enough for one hungry person and the price was good. I got a philly cheesesteak with a soft drink and fries. The cheesesteak was really well seasoned and grilled and was delish! Fries was perfectly crispy and good. My order was ready in minutes. To be fair, I've only been once to pick up Philly cheesesteaks. The inside is small but they do have a small patio for eating. The cheesesteaks were just ok. Had high expectations based on Yelp reviews. The bread to meat ratio was off. Not enough meat. The meat was over-cooked. Not enough veggies so overall the cheesesteak was dry. Also the way they spread the meat was weird, it was pretty much all in the center. Didn't realize until it was too late so had three or four bites that were just bread. Perhaps they were having an off day. I may try again but it's 30 minutes one way so will probably just keep searching for a good cheesesteak closer to NW SFV. read more

This was the neighborhood spot for me. I have been coming here for 20 years and today I was disappointed. The cheesesteak was dry and had half the meat as usual, barely any cheese and the onions were old because there was green from them beginning to sprout. The fried zucchini was still good and they have a great ranch, but they have fallen off with the quality. I will give them another try for the nostalgia, but if it's the same on my next visit I will have to say goodbye to my old neighborhood staple. read more
