I found out about this place via the wifey, who grew up like 10 minutes away from here. She started seeing posts on Instagram, and kept sliding into my DMs with this delicious looking food. We were down south for the first time in a while around July 4th, so we were stoked to finally be able to stop by and try it. We arrived around 12:30pm on a Friday, and there were only a small handful of tables taken. We were greeted by Estela and the friendly staff, who helped answer any questions we had as well as provide recommendations. We went with a group of 4 people, so we tried a few different things. For the burger, we got the Double Oklahoma. This is your classic smash burger with two Wagyu patties, grilled onions, melted American cheese, and pickles on a Hawaiian bun. We opted to add bacon, because... duh. For sides, we started with an order of the Chopped Cheese Fries. This was seasoned fries loaded with chopped Wagyu beef, melted cheese, and their house-made Secret Rocket Sauce. They describe it as "a full meal disguised as a side", and let me tell you, they're not lying! Per the staff's recommendation, we also tried the Onion Saturn Rings and Mozzarella Moon Sticks. The food came out hot and fresh. The burgers were crispy, saucy, and huge! The fries are on the thinner side, think McDonalds style. We also got a few sides of the Secret Rocket Sauce, which was great to dip fries in and pour on bites of the burger. The onion rings were perfectly crunchy and quite tasty. The mozzarella sticks were a surprise hit that provided a legendary cheese-pull. In addition to bacon, they have other add-ons for the burgers like kimchi, organic avocado, pickled jalapeno, fresh jalapeno, or even an extra patty. They have a few other types of (loaded and regular) fries, including truffle. They also have an option to get a grilled cheese sandwich if you don't want or don't eat meat. For drinks, they have "Moonshakes" which come in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or Oreo crumble. They also have a standard fountain soda machine with Pepsi products. Overall, Burger 3000 definitely lived up to the hype. The meal was incredible, and the service was awesome to match. Special shout out to Estela, Juan, and Rudy for the wonderful hospitality, and smackin' food! We will definitely be back on our next trip down south - looking forward to sharing this experience on Instagram!

We stopped by today for dinner, and the guy at the register was incredibly unhelpful when we had questions. He made us feel like we were bothering him just by asking. The burger buns are noticeably smaller now, and so are the portions of fries. This was $45?! Also, what's up with this location never having the spaceship-themed boxes that they're constantly advertising online? To top it all off, there were mosquitoes in the sitting area. We ended up taking our food to the car because we'd already been bitten several times. Really disappointing, especially considering how much we used to enjoy Burger3000.
I've been hearing about this place for a while now and we finally were in the area to try it out! They have an awesome theme, and the commitment to it is so fun! From the sidewalk outside, to the doors and ceiling fan, they've nailed it! First off we were greeted by Rudy, who is an angel on earth with a warm big smile and truly so kind! He explained the menu and ingredients for us and he just went above and beyond! He's truly is as good as all the reviews say! The food came out so fresh, everything was 10/10 - no notes! The buns were the freshest I've ever had! Don't even get me started on the mozzarella sticks - they are mouthwatering with a cheese pull that could go a mile! As a big fan of Chris and Eddy's (another very popular smash burger) - I think I may have just found a place that got them beat! They have a much larger menu and all the options were a hit. The sauce has a bit of a kick but it was delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned to perfection and the truffle wasn't overpowering like I've experienced with other places which was a nice surprise. We definitely will be back, you guys are awesome! Keep it up!
I give this 4/5. Hospitality was great and very helpful. We ordered burger and cookies n cream soft serve. It was cooked by order. It was well seasoned and portion was good. We ate on the outdoor setting with tables. It has a hot day and flies were dumping in and out. The parking was not issue and overall it was a good experience.
Not only is this an exceptional burger experience! But my children loved it so much that they wanted every guest in our party to try them, so we had them for our birthday party! Their crew on Mason is amazing. And the owners are equally fantastic. This is quality burgers made with love! Plus.... It's Halal Wagyu! Truly the best of the best!!
We were looking for a place to have lunch, a quick search showed that Burger 3000 wasn't too far away, we decided to stop by and check it out. It was a small burger place all done up in a space theme which we thought was pretty cool. I decided on the Odyssey Burger Combo, we placed our orders. The order taker gave us out drink cups, we then went to the covered patio/dining area. We filled our cups and sat down. After a short wait our order was ready. My nephew and myself both enjoyed the burger and fries, I think that you will too!

Burger 3000 in Chatsworth is a solid neighborhood burger spot that gets a lot right and just needs a few tweaks to really hit its stride. We ordered the Odyssey Combo -- a double burger, fries, and a drink for $20 -- and the Oreo Moon Shake at $8.99. The burger itself was good, the cheese was delicious and melted perfectly, and the sauce does a solid job of mimicking In-N-Out's spread -- if you're a fan of that sauce you're going to love this one. The patty could stand to be a bit crispier on the outside and both the burger and fries needed a touch more salt to really pop. The fries were crispy and honestly tasted better than most places in the area -- they just need that seasoning bump to take them over the top. The Oreo Moon Shake was delicious -- rich and creamy and tasting like a real milkshake -- though at $8.99 it felt a bit pricey for the setting. The vibe is nice and the service was good. There's a covered patio which is a great setup, but the Valley heat makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit in -- a few fans would go a very long way and make this spot a lot more enjoyable during the warmer months. Parking is easy with 7 or 8 spots right there. We're in a golden age of burger competition right now. Smashburgers are everywhere and the bar has never been higher -- spots are popping up constantly and each one needs a real reason to stand out. Burger 3000 is a good choice if you're already in the area and craving a burger, but in a crowded field it needs to sharpen its edges -- better seasoning, a cooler patio, and a little more wow factor -- to become a destination worth seeking out specifically.
Came in for a late night bite with a few friends. Hot or Not? Sig OK Burger: 3/5 bites --Thin Wagyu smash patties(2), cheese, rocket sauce, grilled onions, pickle in between the buns. We love a good smashburger, this was salty.($14) Onion Rings: Crispy, but salty. ($8) Oreo Moonshake: oreo shake, whip and cookie crumbs on top, nice and thick. ($8) Preferred the Hot Rocket sauce over the regular. Galactic Ambiance, suits the theme. Outdoor seating, picnic benches. Service was great, order at one window, pick up at the other by the seating. Water cups available as well.
I have been here a few times now. Also been to their Noho locations. I tried their regular smash burgers, space jam, spicy chicken sandwich, triple spicy chicken sandwich, beast fries and onion rings. I like their space jam burger and their chicken sandwiches. I dig the space jam sauce. I like the mixture of sweet, spicy, savory and some kimchi in the chicken sandwiches as well. It gets a minus star for being a bit small. All the burgers are on the smaller side, the spicy chicken sandwich comes with two tenders and the triple comes with three. The tenders are on the smaller side compared to other chicken shops. Didn't really enjoy the beast fries as the fries seem overcooked. It was kinda hard. Same with the onion rings. I like nice and crispy but the fries and onion rings never hit the mark.
This place serves one of the best smash burgers within a 50 mile radius. The people who work there are super nice. Their smash burgers are cooked with onions and they are perfectly caramelized. The Australian Wagyu is tender and juicy. Also they are HALAL. We went on a 90 degree weather day but it was Suprisingly cool even though it was an outdoor setting. Please do yourself a favor and try this place out.
Idk but this time around my food was not served with the usual fun boxes that this place used to have??? Also I was given a number instead of the buzzer. Budget cuts?... Also, took a little longer this time around for my burger and onion rings to come out. The crispy edges of the burger this time were overly done-crispy burnt. Not sure what the downfall was here but it was useful to have a box in case I had food to take back home, in this case I took back home some onion rings.
Damn this is the best burger I've ever had. The cheddar sauce with the beef bacon jam isn't super sweet at all! I added pickled jalapeños! I'm not a fan of Swiss cheese but the Double Oklahoma Wagyu is delicious! The guy who took our order was super nice and even offered to arm wrestle and pay for our meals! You eat outside under fans and in the shade! They even have a sink outside to wash your hands! The staff is super friendly! I would eat here again and again! This is my first smash burger!! This is the best burger!!!

This is one of the best Smashburger I've had! The burger was very tasty, fries were crispy. I will be nitpicky, the buns could be a little bit bigger. But overall, the food was great! The workers were very nice. I came out a later afternoon so there weren't that many people so you practically get the whole space to yourself. It's closer to a 3.5 stars but rounding down. My recent visit was due to convenience as I was nearby after shopping at Topanga Social and the raving reviews. Who doesn't love a good smash burger? We ordered the Double Oklahoma, Space Jam and seasoned fries. Very causal vibe, there's no public restroom (huge downfall), no indoor seating either. Everything is outside with picnic style benches, plus a TV, trash can and a faucet to wash up. It's a very small setup. The burgers are served on Hawaiian buns and you can imagine the sizing. It was way smaller than expected. The photos look big online but it's because most are close up photos. The smash burgers are decent and I did enjoy the Double Oklahoma but for the price and portion, it did not feel worth it. My husband and I both left still hungry. The fries were well seasoned, which was a plus. It is fine to try once out of curiosity, but it does not justify a return visit. The price is hefty for what you get and you are honestly better off going to In n Out for a regular burger. read more

Very friendly customer service. Sometimes you can get great deals for this spot on DoorDash. I tend to crave eating here when it's later in the evening to be honest. Super delicious burgers, and I usually request for no pickles on them. Chewy, gooey, scrumptious. Sometimes you can have a long wait unfortunately. I enjoyed the seasoning on the fries. The sauce pairs well with both the burger and the fries. Hard to miss, especially with all the lights! I don't remember if there was a restroom. Burger 3000 is fire! I'm normally not a fan of Hawaiian buns, but the way the burgers are crafted with them here is A+. We tried the Oklahoma spicy burger with avocado ~ the jalapeños mixed in with the beef are quite spicy, but they paired so well with the sweet buns. The avocado was fresh and vibrant and also helped balance out the spicy jalapeños and creamy, spicy sauce. The patties are thin and crispy, and don't leave you feeling at all heavy or bloated. We ordered take out, but the staff at the window were energetic and prompt. The location itself is in a lil corner next door to a 7-11, but the seating area is covered and has a fun outer space vibe with themed lights and design. Love burger 3000! I remember when I first visited their street pop up for Yelp Elite last year and I've come to their brick and mortar a couple times and always just as impressed. Their customer service is excellent, short wait times for food, and seems they are always adding to their menu as well. They have a nice size covered patio and heat lamps too for the winter time. Opted for some chocolate and strawberry milkshakes, Oklahoma burgers, seasoned fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. By far my favorite smash burger stand. I wanted to give a review on burger 3000! I have to say it's the best smash burger I have tried. The meat is full of flavor and juicy with a crispy crust. Rudy, Pedro, Claudia are all very friendly. This place knows how to make burgers!! Probably the best burger I have ever had! I have tried almost all of them. They are all soooo good! Today I tried the Jalapeno Oklahoma burger with added kimchi. I know kimchi on a burger sounds weird to a lot of people..... but it is so delicious added to their burgers. I love that it's different. It adds a lot of flavor. I have tried most of their sides that they offer as well. I love the seasoned fries, the mozzarella sticks, and the onions rings are my favorites! The atmosphere at the burger stand is fun. They always have good music playing. The employees have always been super friendly to me on every visit. Friendly employees can make or break a business. They have great people working for them. Today I used my birthday coupon, so they all wished me a happy birthday. So nice of them! Thank you! read more

Been wanting to try these smash Burger spot and i finally made it over. We entered the parking lot and omg this small space looking Burger place catches your attention and makes you feel like you are entering an out of this world restaurant. The seating is outside with music and sports going on (love that). The menu is on a cool screen and the staff is friendly and welcoming. we were a Party of 5 and we ordered a few things, the jalapeno Oklahoma, Beast Fries, Cosmo kid pack, mozzarella sticks and some Moon shakes. The meat has the perfect seasoning and the portions are just right. The presentation blew our heads off. So cute! This is my second time visiting Burger 3000 and after my second visit I'm locked in as a loyal client. I first tried it 3-4 months ago, and it was solid then but coming back today and experiencing greatness again shows their consistency with quality and taste is top-notch! Nothing nearby even comes close to matching this level. I went with a double Wagyu Smashburger, no sauce, added avocado and fresh jalapeños paired with seasoned fries. Service is friendly and they work very hard to get orders out right away. Perfect if you just wanna pick up and eat at home or you can sit in their comfortable outdoor sitting area (covered). Be sure to visit burger 3000 if you are in Chatsworth and even 15/20 mins away. I'm already planning my next visit! read more

Burgers are delicious. Patties have crispy edges and are still juicy and tasty. Fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and dusted to perfection with seasoning. Sauce perfectly binds all of the unique flavors and will make your taste buds dance with joy. Highly recommended. You'll be glad you tried it. read more

My second visit since I attended a Yelp event. Been craving a burger so I thought I should return. My only feedback was waiting at the window since the staff was busy they didn't think I was ready to order. There was nobody in line but me and my friend. The menu posted outside has limited info so I suggest you read the menu on their website. There was a lot of back and forth with my order and the woman taking my order. Is your meat zabiha halal, or are you just using halal meat for the flavor?
Yes, everything on our menu is 100% Halal. We use Halal beef for all our burgers, including our Halal beef bacon. Even our fries are Halal, and we cook them in peanut oil for extra crispiness!
