He looked at our HVAC and told us what was wrong with it (the motor went out) but he also noticed a warranty sticker from another company. He said that this would probably be covered by them and told us he wasn't going to charge us for the service visit since he didn't do any repairs. I called them because my washing machine wouldn't drain. they came and said it was my water pump …read more I said ok to replacing the pump. less than 2 weeks later it's doing the same thing. I called them and he said" roads are to dangerous to drive". mind yiu-we had gotten an inch of snow in Colorado. I knew something was up. I called another company . they came and said it was the water pump. told him I just had it replaced. he proceeded to replace it, what he found was that Hispano maintenance had not replaced the lump but had taken off a motor off of another pump and jury rigged it to my existing housing. big wires to little wire with wing nuts. wasent the correct motor for my washing machine. I called and demanded he give me my money back as he did not replace the lump for which he had charged me for. he said he would mail me 170, keeping 40$ for what I don't know. I haven't seen a penny from him. I'm a senior citizen who doesn't have a lot of money. honesty goes a long way when you're in business and one's reputation. you need to stay far away from this company. maybe he should be served papers and go tell a judge what he did to a senior citizen.
